  1. See my post above about One Arts Plaza. Their green isn't working anymore. They are going to be upgrading to LED lighting next year, but I believe they are only going to be doing white lights at that point.
  2. We'll see. I also reached out to management at One Arts Plaza where I work. This is the building in the Arts District with the big square/cube that they sometimes light up. Unfortunately they are having some issues and can no longer light it up green.

Subject: RE: Tower Lights ..., Thank you for your interest in Reunion Tower! I will check on the light shows that we have scheduled and get back to you! If we do not have this scheduled I will see if this is an option. We love representing our sports teams as much as we can! Thanks again! From: ... UNT will be playing in the Heart of Dallas Bowl (at the Cotton Bowl at Fair Park) on New Years Day. Any chance you have some UNT light patterns youll be running on the top of the tower leading up to the game? Just a thought/suggestion, ...
  4. Don't shoot the messenger, but Sauced Texas Kitchen (http://www.saucedtexaskitchen.com/) will be opening at 11am on New Year's Day to give North Texas fans in the Collin County area a place to gather and watch the game if they can't be there in person. They are located at 610 W. Bethany Road in Allen, TX. I encourage everyone to go to the game if at all possible, but if you can't go but are able to hit Sauced to watch the game, I'd suggest it. I'll be at the game myself.
  5. Very cool! That was my tweet, but I didn't have a chance to listen in. Thanks for posting.
  6. I believe our friend Smitty from the board maintains this stuff. I went ahead and sent him an email.
  7. Yep. This isn't some kind of experiment.
  8. Dang it. I try my best and all, but I'm pretty sure I don't have EVERYONE's email addresses. Crud.
  9. I was told today that you must purchase these tickets in advance. No walkups.
  10. This. I'll be transferring from the red or orange.
  11. I'm also in the Mean Green Club, but received an email within a day or two of the bowl announcement, before UNLV had even been announced, with the following graphic in it. I wonder if some of you have spam blockers that are keeping this stuff out or something.
  12. Hmmm. I've received 4.
  13. Bought my first booze at legal age at that Sack N Save. Back then, we had to drive to Lewisville to get some Panchos.
  14. ...but I hear when SMU does host, attendance numbers are fantastic.
  15. CyclONE Nation - Yeah... I've heard of Dallas. What of it?
  16. Maybe he expects us to have the game well in hand after the first hour.
  17. So what's the deal with melting cheese on apple pie? I've never done it, but some people swear by it.
  18. I called both the TRE and the DCTA to complain about their lack of service on NYD and to let them know about the game. By the way, since I live in Collin County, I won't need either to get to the game, but thought I'd do my part. I'll pick up the Red or Orange line in Plano and switch to the Green line downtown to get to the game.
  19. Edited for spelling.
  20. Doubled. I have 2 season tickets. Party of 4 for the HoD.
  21. I heard Georgio refer to them as BSPN on the radio this week. I liked that.
