So out of all of us who are going when is everyone goingand where are people flying into? I am flying in that Thursday morning intoMiami and am already checking out the local public transportation websitestrying to learn how to take the train from the airport to the downtown hotel. Thereare a few switches between buses and trains. Hopefully its safe and I don'tstand out too much in my Mean Green gear. Who will be tailgating? Anyone whohas gone there before know of a good place to meet up? Do we want to have ahang out place we can all go after the game? LET’S GET EXCITED AND STARTPLANNING! ONLY 45 DAYS AWAY!

From what I understand it is the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. That is where we are staying. They have discount rates available on marriott .com if you book by 7/222 for some kind of Florida promotion.

All of us going need to get some welcome Coach Mac shirts made to wear so we can all look alike for his first game.

One Sun Belt shirt coming my way. Hope its cool FYI at the end of the survey when you fill out your name and address you have to put something in the address 2 box, at least I had to for it to accept it. So I just put a dash, its kinda messed up.

It would be cool if the team store was a year-round store so you can go shopping anytime other than crowded game days. It would also be cool if they built a smaller store at the Super Pit and open it during bball games. I WANT MORE MEAN GREEN GEAR!!

You can mark off Section 105 Row 3 Seats 1-5 and Row 4 Seats 1-4. It came down to those seats or 207 rows 11 and 12 I think. I talked my group into going for the lower seats so we can be more into the game and get rowdy. Hopefully they wont hate me in the end. We are all in our mid 20s and like to pretend we are still in college on game days so we will be standing and screaming and sneaking in a flask or two... you didn't hear that from me . Can't wait for September 10th! Can't wait for September 1st! Going to Miami too!

Mean Green party in South Beach after the game or Friday night! Are you guys renting a car or doing the public transit to get by?

I will be coming in to Miami International on Thursday at 12:50, you can find me outside of the AA terminal. I will need to be taken to the hotel so I can check in and change into my game clothes then I will need to be taken to the game. And of course back to the hotel after the game. Thanks for offering! If you come out with us after the game I'll buy you a drink lol I'm not asking for too much am I?

Will do, thanks for the tip We are staying at the Marriott Biscayne Bay in Miami. Going to try and get by without renting a car cause car rentals there are crazy expensive.

Plane ticket and hotel room booked! Will be flying to Miami Thursday morning and staying a couple of days for the weekend. Who else is going?

Great news! I am very excited for NT basketball next season and seasons to come.

I agree he hasn't been very good these first two games. I'm hoping over time he will get settled into it and do better. I really like TAG but... he could do a better job too. At least TAG isn't doing the play by play casue that is just horrible if you've ever heard him do it.

Had dinnder at the new Applebee's in Little Elm on FM 423 and Eldorado Pkwy and the first thing I noticed when walking up to it through the window was a wall in the bar basically devoted to UNT sports. Most of the wall was covered with UNT cheerleaders and fans at football games and also the basketball team celebrating when they won the Sun Belt Tournament last year. It is pretty cool to see so check it out if you live in the area. I guess they know who the alumni and students are in the area.

I totally rubbed it in to my cousin who goes to MIZZOU and to my dad who graduated from there! I would love to play MIZZOU in basketball to bring the family together lol
