My night sucks now. Ever since the Rangers blew the WS all I have been doing is waiting and getting excited for NT basketball. It cheered me up to think about it. Now I am off to start a night of heavy gin & tonic drinking. This might be more of a rebuilding year now for sure.

There is an "IPB" app which is what supports the board I guess. I have it and have used it but it isn't very user friendly and half the time just doesn't work. Now if I really want to get on I use safari on my phone and log in like normal which works ok.

According to a facebook posting I saw today on the basketball page they go on sale Wednesday. I would like to apologize for my good friend BonfireBrian's smarta$$ reply. Although his humor is dry that does not make him a bad person. He is usually fun, easy going, and a joy to listen to. Today he just must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Its also is wife's birthday today so he is a little stressed and on edge. So again, I apologize for him, and we look forward to seeing you at the Super Pit. Did anyone else see the female security guard on the field wrap up the guy who jumped from the alumni side and try to push him off the field back in to the stands… while all the other rushers where flying out there. That was hilarious and an instant classic memory.

I'm pretty sure that everyone in our incoming class is way more humble then LeBron. At least I hope so. I do like your dream basketball game setup here though.

I think I heard someone say that starting this year we are going to win not one, not two, not three, but four Sun Belt Titles with this incoming class... let's not get ahead of ourselves, it's an exciting year for basketball but I am expecting some growing pains.

I want to go but don't think I can pull it. This makes me sad.

If he really is a student as stated above he could have at least put on a North Texas hat or something. I'm glad he was at the game and cheering but do you really have to wear all UT stuff? Show a little more school pride besides just being there. Like a lot of people on the board I think we just get frustrated when we see this stuff and want better for our school. More devoted students who bleed green, not some green mixed with lots of orange if that makes sense. And I know winning can and will fix a lot of that. I do think we have made great progress over the past year.

I will be getting into Tulsa early on Friday and plan on watching the first Rangers playoff game against the Rays at Remington's Sports Bar which is connected to the Marriott Southern Hills (team hotel). Game is at 4:00 PM and they have happy hour from 4:30 - 7:00. If you are a Rangers fan will be there come join me!

Yep, bonfirebrian already had two seats in the row and the other four became available this year so SoHo and I got them. Can't wait for the season to get started.
