absolutely nothing, per the US Supreme Court: Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. wonder if he'll take another shot at Trump

from just one quick Google search...a feature of computers I believe that is available to everyone and a far more reliable source than one's memory of 17 years ago: 1/23/07 - Is Obama qualified? Don't ask Hillary (Salon) 7/31/08 - Is Barack Obama Qualified to Be President? (US News) 3/07/07 - Is Obama all style and little substance? (NBC) 12/9/07 - Barack Obama is Too Young to be President (NY Daily News) 4/30/08 - Obama’s Inexperience, McCain’s Age and Clinton’s Honesty (Roll Call) not sure what Roll Call is, but I included the last one bc it made me chuckle that we were wondering if then 71/72 year old John McCain was too old to be president. it was a better time. this quick search also was a lovely reminder of the prevalence of the "is that black man with the funny name even American?!?!" question of Obama's eligibility.

Meet today's 2024-25 Mean Green???

oh I know...but let's revisit that too: - Alcorn State: 14 mins, 7 points (3-3 FG, 1-2 FT), 3 rebounds - Sam Houston: 14 mins, 0 points (0-1 FG), 1 rebound, 1 block - Oklahoma State: 35 mins, 12 points (6-9 FG), 15 rebounds - Wisconsin: 28 mins, 7 points (3-4 FG, 1-2 FT), 6 rebounds - UAB: 34 min, 6 points (3-4 FG), 9 rebounds, 1 block NIT Stat Line: 25min/game, 6.4ppg (71%FG, 50%FT), 6.8rpg, 0.4bpg without OSU Game: 22.5min/game, 5.0ppg (75%FG, 50%FT), 4.8rpg, 0.4bpg 23'-24' State Line: 16.2min/game, 3.0ppg (49%FG, 53%FT), 4.6rpg, 0.2bpg that OSU game is such an outlier...it's his only career double-double and 12 and 15 are both his career highs for his entire career, including Dayton, Sissoko has cracked double figures in scoring 3 other times...once as a Sophomore at Dayton v. App St (12), and twice last season v. Omaha (10) and MVSU (10). he's done it rebounding one other time, last season v. Wichita State (11). I like Sissoko...I think he works hard, seems like a good kid, his teammates seem to like him...but he also is what he is, a max 5 and 5 guy who should probably be a reserve big...and save for a pretty magic three game stretch and one game in particular, that is all he has ever been. -

If you can accept we are a minor league now

if someday people stopped posting things in need of condescending condemnation...like this...I'd consider it. -

have you ever stopped for a moment to consider that maybe you're the outsider, the outlier...the nerd...at your alma mater and that A&M or Tech or Texas State were always available options for you if you just wanted to integrate into a more homogenous cultural experience? -
I know you won't go listen to today's The Daily...because, ya know, NY Slimes and all...but they do go into how the Secret Service coordinates with local authorities to execute these kind of events. the building he shot from was considered outside the perimeter of the event, and thusly considered a part of local jurisdiction...the parallel drawn on the podcast is how the SS will diagram traffic flow, but the local police will work the streets themselves.

I'd be curious for you to elaborate on this. beyond actually managing to implement a very mediocre and watered down version of a national healthcare plan, it feels the left (as very left-leaning, especially socially) it has felt like our leaders have actually done very little to implement the far more progressive ideas. meanwhile, a 30 year orchestrated effort by power-brokers on the right (I suppose not entirely actual elected officials) have effectively remade the court system and given an inordinate amount of power to 6 unelected conservatives.
