Welp...thanks for taking the request seriously.

I think most understand the rules...however if you look at other boards they provide a section for political discussion...and in this, an election year, I think the political discussion is on the mind of many...as proven by how quickly and how large those particular threads grew. For the most part...these political threads have avoided personal attacks towards individual board members as I believe that is the major concern over political based threads. It seems a trial run at a political heading seems warranted.

Hooper is a stud...but what made ULM good last season was that Payne, Brown and Brasher were just as tough. Payne has been solid thus far, but Brown and Brasher have vastly under-delivered.

Adrian Banks has been back and playing. He's come off the bench in both their January games vs. UL-La and UALR...and he's scored 20 and 16 respectivly.

Ummm...Greggo started using again...he's missed extended time due to his drug use in the past (see the "I want to apologize to all my fans" drop). Greggo went into rehab following one of the strangest live spots ever...Greggo rolled (ha, didn't even mean that...but funny) in about 30 minutes late, was incoherant on the air and left mid-show. Had this been the first, second or even third time he had lapsed we would still be hearing him (and those sweet, sweet drops) on the air, however these are recurring incidents and it seems he burned his bridges with both Cumulus and even his Hardline mates who seemingly have found it harder and harder to defend Greggo's actions. The Hardline will never be the same. Say what you want about Greggo's ability as a broadcaster, or his sports knowledge, or even his comprehenssion of the english language...but the Hardline had incredible chemistry and has amassed the most loyal following (myself included) of any radio program in the country...including Stern. My guess is that Kevin Scott comes on in a full-time capacity within a few months...Corby and Danny continue in their expanded roles; this sets up the most logical and easiest transition for when Mike decides to call it quits.

Is there any chance that the Knox signing is a way to get an in with Russell? I've seen plenty of schools identify teammates, recruit the less heralded of the two and then land the blue chip as well. Just curious if Cooley or Bufurd or any close to recruiting have any knowledge of JJ and Russell talks. JJ has balked on this tactic before with the Hopkins twins...but this seems like a more reasonible risk.

"Hillary= Bill Clinton all over again.... " Exactly why she's getting my vote...anything that puts Bill and his influence in Washington is a good thing. Clinton did more good for this country than any president since FDR and in a class of candidates this weak and mundane Hillary gets my Bill vote.

I just want to curb this post before it turns into a Dodge bashing thread...which I am sure in no way did MG intend. Dodge has done a lot of great things in his short tenure...and I think he proved his commitment to the program's success with RM's firing...but his promotion of the program has been less than stellar. Vito is the guy who can spin a 2-10 season into something positive...he has UNT's best interest in mind in his reporting and for Dodge to have burned his bridge already with the school's best PR voice is upsetting.

He hasn't posted in weeks despite very interesting basketball conversation yet we mention boobs, catfish boobs at that, and he's all over it.

It really is a weak effort on both our parts...maybe jobs are actually starting to take priority at work...point god forbid. Plus it was waxed...kinda painful but it lasts so much longer.
