I think the OP was simply stating that it would be better to have something built sooner than later even if it required a partnership of sorts to make it happen. Think how successful UTSA has been with their Alamodome partnership. If they didn't have that they would be playing in a high school stadium.

No probably not. Here's the deal, the AD will claim that practices are closed due to respect for the coaches, spies etc but the truth is they want to control all of the media and access for themselves. It's been going on for years up there and unfortunately there will be no change with Eric Morris. So the news we do get will be pretty filtered.
