i checked the mean green athletics site, the traffic flow maps are updated but the link is disabled for tailgating/parking which im guessing they are still finalizing.

Im still confused where we can and cant park/tailgate, they need to put out a video on MGA showing a detailed map explaining all the game day details, drop offs and traffic flows. Until then its anyone's guess.

He could of saved 2 million by getting the naming rights for the Mean Green APOGEE Stadium. Just joking but great times at North Texas indeed!

I too highly respect the fact that Mac is taking it serious about keeping practices closed. Especially since our 1st game with FIU will have huge implications on whether we stay in the hunt for the SBC Championship. Unlike Vito, who believes the SBC can ONLY be won by Troy or FIU, the reality is the SBC is up for grabs for anyone.

Its the FIRST year Nike has UNT. -Coach Mac and Rick V gave input for the jerseys Giving us 4 options with Green Pants, White Pants & Green Jerseys and White Jerseys. -Compared to just the the 2 options we had with UA for over 4 years Nike has a rule of 3 where they like to create a alternate jersey and pant. Dont count out a surprise jersey possibly coming out on opening day like what they did with Virginia Tech. Last year or the year before, They came out in their normal home jersey for warm ups then came out with a new alternate jersey and helmet. Nike loves creating new jerseys so I expect minor tweaking and a alternate uniform/helmet next year

I have been needing to ask about that because it not only would help out football but also be available to other sports when not being used by the football team.

Notre Dame seems to be doing fine with their scheduling and can pick pretty much any bowl game they want if they manage 6 wins. Texas has their own network and will be able to have free reign on a schedule to maximize attendance and tv ratings. This is IF A&M goes to SEC, which I don't see happening.

Yeah, like MGB said, WR won that round but Im sure DB will get their footwork better as fall camp continues. The WR route running was very sharp and some nice hands, diddnt see Stradford in the vid though. If the staff can improve his hands then he could create a lot of focus from the d and open up other receivers. This years practices are night and day compared to Dodge by looking at all the videos, pics and write ups. It is so much more structured and managed. Be prepared to see our players do things we never thought they had in them. We are truly blessed to have this coaching staff like we do in Johnny Jones & co across 35. Also, i WISH we could have our cake and eat it too with Trice being able to play this season.

There will most likely be an all white option for away(white jersey/white pants or green pants) as well as a possible black/grey pant alternative knowing Nike's rule of 3. The probability of the alternative grey/black i thought they would do a couple months ago have decreased since they did not incorporate any highlighting colors besides just kelly green and white

Pourhouse always had great viewing parties for the games, i was there when we beat ball state and it was a great atmosphere. Its really the only non-chain sports restaurant in Denton, Why would they stop doing the coach's show there and where else could they possibly go?

I picked up the trend with Nike is 3 Pants and 3 Jersey color options.(Wyoming,Ok St, ARZ ST) My guess for UNT would be similar to this Jersey- Kelly Green(Home) White(away) Black or Grey(Alternative) Pants Kelly Green White Grey Black As far as schemes, i see them using a classic look with shoulder cuff stripes and piping. The Helmets have already been released as Kelly Green, White lettering and white face mask Could possibly reuse the whites from last year but doubt that idea. We shall see soon.....hopefully

To be honest, Hooters in Denton has gone down hill. Mainly because they lack any sign of "hooters" Twin Peaks, Red Neck Heaven and Tilted Kilt in Lewisville are alot more fun with better food,prices, atmosphere and drink selections. IMHO GMG
