So lets put this back into work, Is it wrong that your boss moans to his boss every chance he gets about what a poor job you do and how your aren't cut out for your position. I wouldnt think so, because we are his boss even though we dont write his paychecks, our donations and support does. I wouldnt call myself a grown man but Im 24 years old and starting my professional career. Even in college jobs I always strived to be better, I guess its how I was raised because medioricary can be replaced by anyone but striving for excellence is a little harder. I appreciate it when my boss coaches me on how to be better, its showing that he cares about me. When your boss/coach tells you that your less than average and you had a bad game, you dont just go home and drink. You go back to practice watch film and go out and prove to everyone else that youre better. Thats what Mac is doing, maybe im the only one that sees it that way, and its not the first time yall dont agree with me.

Its how you take criticism, when my boss tells me that Im doing something wrong its not because hes an ass, its because he wants to help me improve. Thats coaching, do you want him to tell them that they can go 12-0 and win a national championship, NO. Keep your expectations real and learn from your mistakes. If my boss tells me that I am underachieving, Im going to strive to be better and ask how I can improve. If you dont have that kind of mindset or goals for yourself, youll have a tough life ahead.

Perfect example, Henry Melton; drafted in the 4th round, placed on IR his rookie season, now in his 3rd season he is the starting DT. Sometimes its not bad being placed on IR, that means that the coaches didnt want on the practice squad for another team to pick you up but wants to give you time to learn the plays and become a better player the next year.

For everyone on here talking about how we almost (which means nothing) beat K-State and Troy while comparing that to this year is retarded. This team is no where close to last years team, if we would of had the same coaches last year it would of been a different story but we dont and move on. This team isnt as good as everyone thinks, we're undersized and less than average talent on the field. When ever your starting DT is only 260 lbs, you know winning more than 4 games is going to be hard. You cant expect miracles overnight, this is going to take time just like everything in life. Mac got left with a mediocre team and hell make the best out of it, just dont expect much right now.

Unt doesnt understand how to schedule games, I dont wanna go to a game to see us lose. I wanna go to a game to see us win. I could care less about playing Houston, Clemson, Bama, Texas, Georgia, I would rather watch us win then us lose 61-3

The wing seats would be the best option bc they are general admission. IMO they should do what they did with Former President George Bush. They gave students a free ticket but they had to go in the union and get it. IMO that would be the best situation just to see how many students will be attending and they would receive a ticket to keep
