    From Rawlins email "I have notified the UNT System Board of Regents of my intent to retire, and encouraged them to begin the search for a new president. I have agreed to remain president while they conduct a search and plan to stay until the arrival of my successor. " I'm not sure it will take 9 months to find a successor.

    I can understand that he should get another year, but lets not forget what he told us day 1. We are going to play Defense, get easy buckets, take high % shots, transition basketball. Now did Benford succeed at anything he said? Then blaming injuries is just pathetic, theyre apart of the game and thats not an excuse

    I see, so according to you, Duke sucks they are completely overrated. Coach K is a horrific coach and should be fired after getting blown out by 27 against Miami and losing to Maryland yesterday, a team who wont even make it to the tourney. Am I correct?

    First, Rawlins wont be here, hes retiring. Second, think about the economics, heres an example; sunk cost. Finally, If Mac doesnt get to 6 wins, he should be fired. There is no reason for a coach with his type of resume not to get 6 wins in his 3rd year.

    Good??? I would say less than average, but if were comparing ourselves to Arkansas Monticello, then yes we have good new facilities.

    Can someone please tell me why Benford is complaining about all these injuries... Why is he hiding behind the injury wagon, I mean if you look at the games played from last year to this year, its not much different. But its a new system so he has a freebee, please...     I see Macs job on the line this year and its going to rest in the hands of our QB. I dont see how DT can be the starter, hes not a D-1QB, I like him as a person but he cant get it done on the field. How can you get excited about a team when they finished 1-4 in there last 5 games and haven't won back to back games in 8 years

    If we have 400k to spend on a visiting team to visit denton, we have 150k to spend on the difference from what he'll make as an assistant to what he is making now.
