How many MAC/ CUSA/ Sun Belt weekday games did you watch last season? I probably only watched a couple and I watch a lot of a sports. Middle of October is MLB playoffs, ALCS/NLCS games to be exact. I can imagine more people will be watching playoff baseball than WKU vs. UNT. Don't get me wrong, it's great to be on TV. I just don't see that many positives.

The student turn out has never been a problem, it's the alumni. Maybe I'm in the minority again, but I'm not a fan of weekday days. Ruins the whole tailgating experience. Honestly, tailgating is really the only thing I look forward too. Not sold on the on field product.

Besides UTEP's one national championship and the run in the 80's in Basketball. UTEP's D1 bowl appearances and conference tournement appearances are not very much different than us. Of course we were out of D1 sports for some years. For the last 20 years, we've been pretty even.

Why would they come and coach at North Texas? We are not some storied program. They would be leaving a program in which they probably built to take a chance and rebuild at North Texas. We kinda have to get assistants with our budget and programs lack of history. If we were ever able to make a tournament run, then we we would have something but WKU is way ahead of UNT.

They put Buyer on an island last year, he's not that type of back. The coaching staff exploited his weakness, he cant cover one on one. Buyers was also playing off 10 yards in 2013 but they threw more screen passes against him. Once teams figured out to run post and fade routes, it was over. He's more of a nickelback.

UNT had the easiest schedule this past year and won 4 games. This was his year to get all of his players ready, his chance to show how good his staff is. Its all about wins and loses, no one should give any sympathy for a hard schedule... Really, UNT90 of all people, the fan who expects more out of this program and winning 4 games is okay to you?
