  1. Hey guys, was wondering if you all could give me some help... I'm trying to go with Directv at the tailgate this year but need a little help with getting it set-up in the parking lot. I just got Directv about a month and a half ago, and when I asked the guy about taking it to a tailgate he said it would be smart of me to buy the SWM dish for the road since that is the one it is currently feeding through. Anybody have any advice about this? I don't mind buying the SWM dish if its my only choice, but I'd like to save some money... also, if there is any advice on setup, that'd be nice too... Thanks ahead of time
  2. lulz... UNT always seemed to have someone on offense doing something wrong when we called a bubble screen every other play

  6. I know I'm pretty new around here, but is this how it should be done? http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/news/story?id=6054589
  7. http://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men/2011-01-26/mizzous-mitchell-declared-ineligible the last paragraph kind of lays it out
  8. actually, they are Doubling the amount of wind turbines... and finishing the roof of the press box with solar panels...
  9. or a stadium sponsor
  10. yeah... we could rebrand the league... call it the Awesome-O League Instead of traditional divisions, we could call one the 'The Justice League of America', and the other would be called 'The Avengers'
  11. haha, did you really just say a conference with the core of Ok St., Texas Tech, Baylor and Iowa St. would be able to get an auto-bid? TCU would not want to leave the Big East, as this would soon be dropped from AQ status... that being said though... if UT goes independent any time in the next 4 years, the BCS falls apart...
  12. As of right now... I have information from a reliable source... UNT is currently in the Sun Belt!
  13. haha, of course they are ok with shoving ULM down in to D-II... unfortunately its not that easy
  14. do Texas State and UTSA still get to move up even if the WAC collapses?
  15. oh hey... by the way... the Vandals want out too My link
  16. pending on whether or not UTEP has actually been invited or not, I wouldn't count them completely out of the equation, if teh MWC can present a pretty $ number, or if they make a VERY convincing case about their potential to become a BCS conference, UTEP might just swing
  17. you got it backwards man... it's going to be a glass ceiling on a field that is 50 yards deep... you sit on the glass, like you would would a glass bottom boat...
  18. James Harrison is from kent State
  19. It wouldn't be the BCS, this would just be the top tier schools of College Football leaving the NCAA to go make their own league... nothing binds them to stay with the NCAA... there would be nothing Congress could do... the possibilities of this are endless... new rules, scholarships, possibly start paying players...
  20. http://espn.go.com/blog/ncfnation/post/_/id/38490/non-aq-offseason-to-do-list
  21. scheduling would be a nightmare... rivalries would be lost... debates would still be had... and at a much more potent level, over money lost from basic tv contracts... tv contracts would be a nightmare in the first place (who gets paid what?)... not even mentioning scholarship differences/other NCAA regulations that have the potential to change from year to year... i say we go to a 60 team D-1 level, with six 10-team conferences, have a 6 team playoff among division winners and have play in games every 5 years to weed out the bottom 6 teams over that time span with the top 6 teams from a D-2 level of the same format in the end there are just too many teams in college football to crown a true national champion
  22. American would win every year... that side is loaded...
