I'm really not sure. It was in response to a coach asking him about this class (implying he may have someone in mind). I wonder if it could just mean that they have a bunch of people lined up waiting to hear if we have room, while we wait on X and who knows what else. Though it could be they already have all their schollys used up. Not sure we will know before signing day.

I was in college at UNT from 2000-2003, so that era is very nostalgic for me. I'm not sure if 2002 or 2013 is better. And I have no idea about any teams prior to 2000. One thing I do know is that the program is in much better shape now. As great as the 2001-2004 teams were, I always felt that they were nearish the top of our program's potential at the time. Now it seems like the sky is the limit.

The FCS teams already do that and not many care who wins. It would be the same if the Go5 did that.

Underrated.

I'm not scared of UTSA. They would have been pounded into the ground if our guys didn't show up so flat. They are a decent team, but we just played poorly and that's why we lost. They were probably on par with Middie Tennie last year and might be close to as good as Rice was this year if all goes right for them. But we win either way if we play as well as we can. They could beat us again next year, but so could most of the teams we play. No reason to fear, just need to play our best.

I love that Coach Mac has stated his goal is a national championship. Could happen, I won't sell these guys short.

I totally understand this, but would have hated it. I liked to participate a lot and like Screaming Eagle, I liked to be able to see how people were reacting to things. Plus it tended to get the rest of the class more involved when someone from the back was asking questions, etc.
