  1. Hopefully if not in NFL then as a coach at UNT
  2. Just wanted to point out that while Brelan is virtually irreplaceable as a returner, our Special Teams success was not just on the receiving end and was much bigger than one person. Overall, I still expect us to have one of the better Special Teams units in the country.
  3. Thanks for the update Harry
  4. Do we have any news?
  5. Rivals had him at #1 in Texas. 6'4" 215. Sub 4.4, 40 inch vertical.
  6. Returning 9 starters. You can count me in the "I believe we will be just fine" camp, but we are losing a lot. Your thoughts? http://www.philsteele.com/Blogs/2014/JAN14/DBJan23.html
  7. Yeah, I was confused and looking at Dutton.
  8. That's an odd way to write 6'3" and a quarter
  9. Anyone record it?
  10. Why are you still here?
  11. This. It could be a close game and you never know what could happen. He shouldn't stay home assuming SMUg will get blown out. Might not happen.
  12. Two more good days. Looks like he may have turned it around. Still not loud enough. Get loud DW! I want to see what you can do on the field this fall!
  13. I think a top 25 ranking would go further than winning the conference with the casual fans.
  14. I don't have any info, but my brother averaged 21 and 12 in his HS senior year with a stress fracture in his foot. But as soon as season was over he was in a boot until it healed. Still could be an injury, just one he can play bball with.
  15. Rivals is old news and they apparently don't put the work in in Texas that they should. We had the second most 3 stars in the conference according to a compilation of major recruiting sites.
  16. Whaaaaaaaaaaat???? That's incredible!
  17. As someone who knows Travis outside of GMG, I can confidently say he has been doing that since long before 2002.
  18. Latest one says, "Much better" and he has 4 of 5 possible stars. Missing one on motivation and says "Needs to be consistent with volume." Personally, I'm not too concerned if his only problem going forward is lacking in loudness.
  19. Heck of a class. Lots of playmakers.
  20. The guy is DC 1st team all state and had 25 sacks this year. The best case scenario is he will have a Booger-like career, which would be a monster win for us. I think if he does come here it will be because the coaches and players seriously love each other here and he wants to be a part of that. It won't be primarily because he has a chance to play right away. I hope that's what he chooses but I wish him well whatever he does choose.
  21. '95 was the last time Northwestern won outright.
  22. I lived in Salem Oregon for a little while and I remember one February afternoon when the sun leeked out and I ran outside to soak it up. I didn't realize how much I had missed it until that moment, but boy I had missed it. The Pac. Northwest isn't for everyone.
