This could very well just be a rumor, but I heard the reason the practice field was named after Dickey was because one of our major donors was a Dickey fan, and threatened to stop donating if they didn't name it after him.

As of right now, I have nothing else for you. Cooper Jones was in town. All 3 of our QB's have very good size, so that should be a fun battle. This has been a very good recruiting season. I will update you if I hear anything else.

Donovonn Young was in town this weekend. He's a physical specimen. He's visiting Illinois next weekend, and the high is in the low 20's, so maybe he'll reconsider. He would be a very nice addition to this recruiting class.

Yes, should be 5 or 6 as of Saturday, but I don't know any names, and Emeka Okafor was never committed, but it's between us and Houston, whom he is visiting next weekend.

Another thing that stuck out: Nick Fairley was a 3-star and could be the number one pick in the draft. One of many reasons these ranking systems aren't fool-proof. -
Adepipe looking like a beast has nothing to do with him playing like a beast.

Craig should be a late round draft pick. Victor Gill could get drafted to be a tight end.

Don't be shocked if Y'Barbo starts and JJ plays guard, or vice versa. Our starting 5 linemen will probably be Tomlinson, JJ, Y'Barbo, Fortenberry, and Feeley.
