Good. I would have hated for this kid to get left out, when he was told by the new staff that they would honor his offer. He committed to us early, and stayed loyal. He deserves that same respect.

He has character issues. None of his teammates liked him because he was the only player on the team that didn't attend any summer workouts. So, while in theory it sounds good, no thanks.

This should be very good for attendance. I'd imagine that we'll get a lot of family and friends that will be attending games since it's right down the road from where these guys played high school ball. I'll hold my judgment until we get the names on the dotted line tomorrow but I'm very happy with Mac's staff and their first recruiting class considering there was limited time to work with. I know it's still very early, but I'm very anxious to see how they do with an entire recruiting period next year. Things are really looking up for the Mean Green and I couldn't be any more excited about our future than I am right now. We have a lot of talent returning and this should be a very promising year. Go Mean Green!!!

When they hired this guy, they said he was an "ace recruiter" but damn, this guy is exceeding all expectations. He's picking guys off from BCS-AQ schools like it's nothing. I am certainly glad he's a part of the Mean Green Coaching Staff.

We could have 5 freshmen starting and BREEZE through the Sun Belt if they're all eligible...if you count Mitchell as a frosh, this is a top 5 recruiting class nationally, not locally, NATIONALLY!! That is awesome.

5 BCS offers. I suppose you forgot to count Utah, as they are a new addition. If we can pull this guy, our secondary is going to be incredible, whereas it was one of our biggest weaknesses last year.

Okay guys, I'm hearing this guy was being recruited by all sorts of big schools(OU, Texas, USC, Florida...), but ended up being a late qualifier, and the only teams that waited out for him were us and Oklahoma State, and Arkansas(?). This is a HUGE get. I would be absolutely shocked if he doesn't start next year.

As far as his 40 time goes, the number Rivals has is from the January 2010 at the Army National Combine, so it's over a year old. If you click on the little grey checkmark next to the time, it links you to where they got the data. If they don't have a checkmark, it's not verified.
