Cowardly play calling IMO. We worked hard all game to try and get down there and instead of going for it on 4th down we settle for a field goal. The worst part is we are still down 8 points meaning you back yourself up to a corner and are forced for a 2 point conversion if you score a TD. I'm of the mentality that you should take that chance and at least give yourself a chance to win instead of allowing the other team to run the game down. Not to mention the motivation going to your side and pumping up your team.

Agreed that Thompson hasn't been good, he has been a below average QB. You have to look at the drops too, we could get nothing going on offense. We saw from the UTSA QB what a great QB can do. I thank DT for all of his hard work and dedication, no one can take that away but I will be glad to see some new blood at QB.

This being the 100th year of UNT football and seeing as how we are likely to be in a bowl we could always do real "centennial" uniform. I know we did the one at the beginning of the year but what about one with gold accents, manny teams around the world do this for their 100th. Maybe a gold helmet with green SOW either chrome like Baylor or a more matte finish like Notre Dame

I'm sure it does and that this was planed into the stadium when it was built, but I'm also sure there is a limit like any stadium.

I'm sure there is a few places to stand and maybe in the grass in front of the scoreboard or behind it but the stadium also has to follow fire code and if they fill it up too much the fire marshall could come in and shut down Apogee.

With Tulane and Tulsa leaving next year I wonder if we will be playing all 3 Texas schools away next year? I hope not and we get at least one of them at home.

The most important thing to take away from this is its obvious the players loved them. So for all of you that complain about uniform threads there is the proof. Players and recruits care about this stuff, its a marketing tool, it builds excitement, times have changed.

Sorry man but this is one of the things I hate about the NFL (which I don't watch) I cringe when I see people dressed like that. It's just cheesy IMO. Is that supposed to look tough? Just my opinion but NFL crowds= Beer guzzling, middle aged, idiot guys.

Another thing to note was that Rice tried everything, running it, screen passes, punching it in, etc. It wasn't just one thing they tried, nothing was getting through. This was the play that broke Rice's spirit.

Just like the Ball St. game these guys were spot on. Great coverage, great knowledge of the game, fantastic breakdown of the plays with full analysis, top notch crew, scrimmage and first down markers on the field, just a top quality production. I'm hoping we get more games on here.

IF anyone were to be added I would hope CUSA would go after someone like NIU, then Army or Navy, other than that I don't really see many options to raise the league's profile. I don't think any Sunbelt schools should be added including UL and Ark. State.

Grrr...... reading some of their posts from some select fans on the CUSA board you would think they were having a great season. I normally don't mind how we win as long as we do but for this game I am hoping our defense lays into them so hard the numbers on their shirts end up backwards.
