  1. Um https://www.texasfootball.com/article/2022/08/08/smu-collective-to-pay-football-men-s-basketball-team-36k-per-player-for-2022-23-school-year?ref=related_thumb
  2. Hopefully they didn't let him see the basketball facilities 😳
  3. Ruder looked like a clear #1 to me and those I heard talking around me.
  4. I pick up what you're putting down
  5. It's a good ole boys club, and they're trying to keep it that way. They'd rather it be an exclusive club, than one that serves its purpose to its fullest extent.
  6. We might not have gotten that far had he been on the court. In fact, I'm pretty confident that's the case.
  7. "McCasland has a $750,000 buyout in his contract. " https://dentonrc.com/sports/colleges/mean_green/grant-mccasland-leaving-unt-for-texas-tech-following-win-in-nit/article_a3f3677c-7c9c-5ea9-bdc3-034f97eb4695.html?utm_campaign=blox&utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social
  8. Yea that's not the amount.
  9. Last night did a .10 in the demo, with 370,000 viewers. Lower than I would have guessed. But with the national political news of the day, all the news stations did monster numbers during the prime time hours, in addition to MLB and NBA. At least our ratings beat the 3 point challenge / slam dunk contest that came on before our game, although not by much! https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-thursday-3-30-2023-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html
  10. I hope they lose all the games
  11. He has 3,000,000 reasons a year for the next six years to leave it on.
  12. That rating is good for 7th highest cable rating of the night in P18-49, which is all networks care about these days. Likely one of the, if not THE, most watched UNT basketball game ever. For comparison, the Frisco Bowl in December did a .23, with 1,030,000 viewers. Crazy UAB game right after was down to 79th, likely because it was later and being on ESPN 2. The high school basketball programming that came on after our game actually did slightly better. https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-tuesday-3-28-2023-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html --- Last night's ratings should be lower due to the time, network, and no "big" name school in it, and being opening day for MLB. Those will come out in a bit.
  13. Care to link to the source, or are we just straight stealing other peoples' sh*t?
  14. FIFY Love TP, and he was clutch at the end, but Kai and his defense on Tuesday, and then his all-around play yesterday, was what won it for us.
  15. TP #1, obviously.
  16. How do you manage to be so wrong so often?
  17. Well I, along with what I suspect to be hundreds of 4+ figure donors have either tried to get ahold of them but not heard back, or would be interested in learning more, but are left in complete silence. So if they're "just fine", they must be happy as an exclusive club that can't bother to take money, or even phone calls, from common folks like me and many others.
  18. I believe it decreased when Wren left, and/or potentially also decreases after April 1st.
  19. At least they're waiting until after the game to announce Tylor Perry is following him 🤷‍♂️

  21. This might happen, but it will be in Lubbock.
  22. He was in Stillwater for the basketball game.
  23. I don't see it in my feed yet. Is anyone else having issues?
  24. Not disagreeing with you, but wondering why you say black is not an official color if the school website says it is? https://identityguide.unt.edu/create-our-look/color
