  1. i wouldnt use internet message boards as barometers for fan support.....
  2. Any chance we’ll get to pick up another guy before the quarterfinal? love the effort you’ve put into this the past two years @flyonthewall. Hopefully it continues to inspire current and future MG Bball players after they finish their careers
  3. Gotta love @flyonthewall getting all that ESPN screen time
  4. This team plays so well together. Thomas Bell always making the right plays at the right time
  5. I know it’s a McCasland hallmark, but I’m surprised that depth hasn’t caught up to us
  6. @flyonthewall I know we have 8 folks- seems like only 7 playing a lot no? nice to see coach hodge here
  7. Probably similar as Ryan Woolridge last year
  8. We need to save some of this 3 hitting for the other games!!!!! Absolute annihilation
  9. So our non con for 2024 is: 08/31 - at South Alabama 09/07 - Stephen F. Austin 09/14 - at Texas Tech 09/21 - Wyoming A lot of us would've dreamed for that schedule and SMU as a conference foe back in 2006. I know some of you will hate on SFA, but theyll bring a crowd, and with everyones favorite bridesmaid Colby Carthel in tow.
  10. this was used when we knocked off purdue. i dont have a problem with it. still says mean green, its a positive connotation
  11. They aren't trading Hardy. They specifically turned down deals when teams asked for him this summer.
  12. He's been fun to watch during summer league. I'm curious if he'll get a two way. Maybe an Exhibit 10. He could be a cheaper THJ
  13. Interesting, so is she above Jamie Adams in the hierarchy then? Seems like a fast riser
  14. I'm jacked about this. Feel like we might be better than last year right @flyonthewall?
  15. I mean... this is kind of a requirement for him to go to this... nothing new here.
  16. Feel like this thread qualifies as "no s***" since he hasn't played a game yet. We need a college spring league or something
  17. Since this is a Mean Green forum, I wanted to help other Mean Green alums out... especially since the hiring manager is a Mean Green alum If you're a new grad, junior level professional with a little project coordination experience and want to work at a growing startup, Glass Media, a retail tech organization (they do a lot of the visual displays you see in stores, and work with a ton of top retail brands) in Farmer's Branch is looking for a Project Coordinator as they continue to grow their team Salary is 40-45k, but lots of upside (last person that got hired got promoted within 6 months) and great opportunity for someone to learn onsite from a company whose revenue grew 4x in 2022. If you know anyone interested, tell them to apply: https://www.indeed.com/job/junior-project-coordinator-901bbd32f3c6b1e0 If you yourself are interested, DM me and we can have a conversation (I'm the recruiter for the role) GMG

  18. to be fair this is basically what the professional job market is lol
  19. Seems like we're doing a lot of good work on the recruiting front, which is great. My question is how excited should we be about commits ? Do I get jacked that they committed? Or am I praying every night until that first December signing period?
  20. All three definitely seem that way. Burton might be the smoothest operator of the three (not a bad thing)
  21. I mean he didnt help, but the venue was too big for how many people we had as well. Wren wasn't there either and even Jalie was meh.
  22. Kinda like that she played other sports and was in something else before coaching too- someone who gets the 360 degree picture of the collegiate experience which could help with development
  23. Currently at the austin one… super intimate setting which is nice. Lots of energy compared to last year. even the athletics and alumni association folks seem more excited than last year
  24. Random and not at all relevant, Meisners ex used to be SID at conference USA
  25. Jared is definitely getting a chance to build/cement a legacy at UNT. He's having to make 4 coaching hires in the first 6 months of his AD tenure.
