I am in need of game film from 2 different games of the past for a project in one of my classes, the 1992 Texas game and the 2007 Navy game. I know it's kinda random but I figured if anybody knew where/how I could get these it would be somebody on this board. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I'm sure that a lot of the stuff in there is the same as the bookstore because all of the Nike gear hasn't arrived yet. It has been stated many times that there is a lot more Nike stuff coming in. I believe this is not even close to what will eventually be in the team store.

I've been wondering, is this event open to students?

That was awesome! I hadn't heard that coach Mac has met with all 4000 of the incoming freshman during orientations. Can't wait to see the turn out for the Houston game, my Mean Green pants are going crazy!

The walls will be high enough that nobody will be staring at the back of jerseys. The front rows will be on top of the action rather than level with it.

I think it would look great if you replaced the all the black with green, then keep the green pants but replace the rest of the original green with white.

This actually sounds great to me. I've always wished we had all green home uniforms, much more clean and classy look to me. Thats why I loved the all white away unis and hope we continue that with the new ones. As I have said before I would SOW along with UNT on the helmets like TCU's design because I feel like people identify with the 3-letter college designation but oh well.

If I remember correctly from the "leaked" blueprints, the wiring situation is already being set up to allow a video ribbon board around the stadium to be installed. I believe that this will solve any small problem this issue may cause.

Shouldn't it be pretty easy for them to use the "virtual seat viewer" to get the stadium on the game?

Tom Grieve was very complementary again this afternoon on his weekly show with BADD radio. They were talking about Knoxy interviewing an old lady (big surprise I know) and Grieve brought up how impressed he was with McCarney's passion and enthusiasm and what not. It was an unprovoked UNT mention and I was very surprised and impressed.

Just caught the end of Knoxy interviewing McCarney in a suite! Anybody see the rest of it?

Does anyone know specifically when the decision on Franklin's hardship will be made, is there any type of timeline for that?

I think a lot of what it does is to make the twos better as well as weed out some of the twos who should be threes or fours. I've seen this done on many teams in the spring specifically with the front seven during the inside drill late in spring practice.

Not to turn this into a helmet/uniform wish list thread (we have plenty of those). But I think the helmet design of TCU is what we should use. Either follow their old design with TCU over the horned frog logo (Ours would be UNT on top of the same eagle logo that will be on the turf), or just UNT like TCU's new helmet. Just a thought

I know this is an old topic but I thinking about while watching the national championship tonight. I'm cool with Nike uniforms if they look like Butler's. A lot of people say that Butler's uniforms are ugly but they have a very classic tradition look in my opinion. Just throwing that out there.

I believe that is just refering to expanding to 50k. I think that the construction of the wingzone allows it to be easily torn down if there is a need to expand beyond 50k. If that glorious day ever comes it seems like once we built up the student side more, we would then build up the wingzone similar to TAMU or Oklahoma State.

Gagree. And like somebody said on another thread I'd rather start out with a 30k seat stadium that we consistantly fill and in turn looks really great on T.V. than a 40k seat stadium with empty spaces all over the place. I too cannot wait for the day that we expand to 50k and have a packed house every home game but until we can do that I am perfectly happy with what we have.

My hope for next season is that we get a BIG boost around December or so...

I noticed the disclaimer on their message board when I went over there to read those jackwagon's opinions about our basketball team. It's amazing this could happen at a place where everybody is supposed to be so intelligent.

So if we are using hoopmanx's reasoning, where winning the Sun Belt equals a bottom 3rd team in CUSA, and SMU lost to the Sun Belt Champions who we beat twice this year, where does that put the ponies? I'm struggling with his logic but I think it would make them a mid-tier squad in the Women's Lone Star Conference.

I know nobody wants to hear this because it's in the past and there's nothing we can do about it now but I can't get the replay out of my head. Norm brought up the screen (pancake block) on mosley's 3 pointer. It put me a little more at ease to hear a sports radio hall of fame personality talk about what a nasty nasty screen it was and what a shame it was that it didn't get called. He was very adamant about how nasty it was and he used the word nasty repeatedly to discribe it. I know I need move on and forget about it but like I said I just can't get it out of my head...no no no no no never never never no never never no!!!
