Guys: I am going up from San Antonio tomorrow and I heard when at the Rice game that the NT Barnes & Nobles which was built where the NT Clinic was at one time, has some warm long sleeve clothing. Will it be open or is there some other place that I can buy NT gear for cold weather? I have the main stuff like the hoodie with logo but want something more unique. Thanks

I have always wondered if in Canada, HS and Universities have organized Canadian Football within their institution's athletics. I realize their professional league plays on a larger playing field, goal post further down, and 3 downs. I know some years ago we had a starting tackle that played with us and was from Canada. On another note, I have known of some Mexican Universities that have had tackle football for sometime. In the 70's Monterrey Tech would recruit down here in San Antonio and a few years ago Texas Lutheran, a Division III school played some school in Mexico and had somewhere between 20K to 30K viewing attendance in their May competition.

I am glad to hear that being that some of us think that a LB under 200 pounds will take a beating. But then I guess nowadays advances have been made that a player can put on weight and muscle. The late great Reggie White stated that those big lineman at one time had a lot of fat and slow . But now those big guys have muscle and speed.
