I disagree that the only support for that argument must be either your first or second scenario. I think it can be both the quality of RVs coaching hires and all of the other things he gets wrong throughout the department. I don't see how it has to be only one or the other. It's possible that some of his biggest failures could have been kept from being such major disasters with better support and if his newest hires fail the fault may not lay entirely at their feet.

Well, as long as you had a good reason... back on topic: How do you feel that RV is supporting his people and setting them up for success?

Well it would have been 20, but X and Y happened. We are really looking forward to the Z guys coming back next year so we had to extend Coach Benford.

I don't think the move to CUSA is a hinderance. The Sun Belt was a better rated conference this year and a let of our new rivals are the same we had in the Sun Belt. Conference move ups can be tough, but I don't think this is one of those times.
