The P5 like keeping the Iowa States, Wake Forests, and Vanderbilts around. Assigning some quasi P5 status to Army is just making sure some of them can get easier "P5" wins... That said, I like the Army series. Beatable FBS opponent both home and away. The kind of wins a program trying to build something needs, IMO.

Shoot, even if the new guy keeps Benford for one season I might still renew. I've sat through 4 crap seasons of Benford ball, but faith in a new AD might be enough to suck it up for one more. (Though if the new AD ends up reading this, please replace Benford before next season) As for your last, that wasn't my line... Disagree on the JUCO:HS balance. You build programs with HS recruits. JUCOs don't work out at a higher rate than HS, and when they do cut it they have lower upside.
