    Oh, and this reminds me, the Denton Sam's Club has a decent UNT pop up tent with wind block if anyone on here is thinking about getting one for tailgating.

    Yeah I saw that it was online and available in "select stores". I live in the area so I could probably find it in my heart to stop by one of my favorite outdoors stores.

    I want to believe in Smatty and SL. The fact that Benford is still employed is a black cloud hanging over Mean Green Country. The groundwork is (hopefully) being laid, but a couple of early season wins in football will go a long ways towards chipping away at the malaise affecting the fanbase. Couple that with some needed changes/progress throughout the AD and a new coach to provide some MBB excitement and we will all look back at this time with relief that it's over.

    Mandatory back up to all traffic stops (and many other, if not all calls) is almost certain to significantly slow response times. Hope you don't need a cop quickly folks...

    1. I think this is the first thread started since the "ban" on political speech so it seems like a good opportunity to poke fun. ( I would never call out an admin for failing to enforce the new ban-never I tell you) b. Calling out one of the resident smart A crew. Hoisting (or rather, attempting) to hoist you on your own petard for much the same reason others do the same...

    I doubt he paid any players. With as much dirt that has come out surely allegations of paying players would have come to light as well.

    It's definitely different to have a chief comment so much publicly like he has. I'm not sure he has said anything that may damage a criminal case. Time will tell if the more open stance is good.

    New video shows guy turning in rifle to avoid confusion. Smart move, I'm really happy to see how cop and he interacted. We are probably just waiting for a formal announcement clearing this guy.
