I tend to think the podcast is an excellent and cost effective way to reach the fanbase. I won't be bothered or surprised if the new AD continues doing them.
-
Oops, looks like you're right.

They love them some Denton county players (Bud Sasser, James Franklin come to mind right away)...

He works at Mizzou.

Really liking SL and how he takes on everything. Didn't duck anything and faced the challenges. Leadership. I'm very excited to see what he does here.

I would not advise sitting on that side of the stadium with a baby. The heat could be a big problem for you guys.- 80 replies

If MWC loses a team, UNT could be in play...
Army of Dad replied to Harry's topic in Mean Green Football
UTEP brings more than you think. They are decent match for them geographically, decent sized city with no competition, rich basketball history. Are there also some issues with them (and even in the three off the cuff pluses from above)? Yes, buy there's more there than you think.- 86 replies

I also think he checked a sign and left the access hatch open, probably playing around on Twitter and wasn't paying attention. -

You saying he doesn't deserve scorn and ridicule? eta: I mean, this department is a pretty target rich environment... -

MGB: UNT paying consultants $20,000 to evaluate program
Army of Dad replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
It sounds like we might have received a family discount. This isn't that much money in the grand scheme and if this is what it takes for Smatresk to affect more change then it's money well spent. What, nearly unlimited power isn't enough? -

Stop in at Audacity to try a flight of Denton made beers. LSA on the square has excellent queso (be sure to get the brisket queso). Khao San Thai on university (next to Starbucks) is really good. After a night a revelry at either East Side or Oak St stop by Queenie's for Back Dough donuts. They only serve them from the 'back door' on Austin Street from 11:00 to 1:00 on Friday and Saturday nights. Thanks to @Travis Scott for the tip. -

I'm more than a bit surprised to see talk like this. Trump wouldn't automatically defend NATO allies: http://nyti.ms/2ai4u3g I'd love to see some serious discuss of how those comments could impact this region, but I understand if @TheTastyGreek wants to delete this post. -
6.5 sacks, 31 total tackles. Very good, but not so outstanding that he couldn't get overlooked for a preseason team.
-
Like most of these, but I don't think they can give away anything in athletics to HS kids to remain NCAA compliant. I think they stopped allowing people on the field to protect the turf. That seems valid to me, but might be something that could change under new management.

Chairbacks? Question, no info
-
I'm not sure that either could be effectively argued for inclusion on the preseason team. Keena shared punting duties last season...
-
Pretty sweet.

Probably can't expect more on a preseason list. Kirby might have made it if he was still here. Wilson should be considered as well. (maybe injuries hurt him this time?) Goree and Rice could be in contention for the postseason team. Maybe along with Moore and an extra defender?
