  1. Tailgating this week or last? The state of this program (no fault of current coaches or top administrators) has a ton of people on the 'show me' camp. Losing last week alsmot certainly hurt the crowd this week. Some of them might have missed this week regardless, but losing to a 2 win team from last year is a tough one to overcome
  2. Yeah, but coming off 1-11 a season ago against a completely unrecognizable opponent and this is what happens.
  3. 16,309 per PA...
  4. Ouch. I had the Ryan boys coach try to talk me into doing HS games. Boys/girls in our out of district. Ouch. I had the Ryan boys coach try to talk me into doing HS games. Boys/girls in our out of district.
  5. He's back in and runs on his first play back. i guess the knee is ok...
  6. ^^^^ True story, I've heard (and seen) some horror stories about HS soccer officiating. (former soccer ref who still refuses to call a HS game)
  7. I'd prefer he not try to run over anyone at this level. Otherwise, pretty good start, especially as a true freshman. Aw, shhh, that was a literal low blow on Fine just now.
  8. Based off what I saw during the Pilot Point - Aubrey game I have no doubt there must be a shortage of competent officials...
  9. I'm sorry if this hurt you whittle feelings.
  10. Was it not clearly demonstrated that he gave more to a conference opponent than here? Would that not lead to one fairly question in his loyalty to this school?
  11. Yeah, still bad right before kick off. Worse than I expected...
  12. Half the posts made!
  13. Thanks for the reminder. Has anyone said if these surveys will be an ongoing thing and/or used for other sports?

  15. Well then, SL's Oklahoma connections should pay some big time dividends!
  16. Because freaks like this are rare, CeCe was one of the highest rated recruits in the country. http://www.espn.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/_/id/171346/cece-jefferson
  17. The laws of physics still apply, but if the Tulsa guys is 6'3" 235 pounds and runs a 4.95 40 and the Gator is 6'5" 265 pounds running a 4.7 40 he will hit with greater force.
  18. Morris (and all 5th year senior transfer QBs) was brought in to be the guy right off the bat. It's supposed to be a plug and play scenario. In our case there was the mitigating factor of QB depth (or more specifically, the stark lack of depth), but Morris needs to show some serious improvement if this team is going to have much of a chance to be competitive.
  19. The stark difference in attendance from last season's opener to the finale would seem to disprove that statement...
  20. FCS wins over FBS are uncommon, but they do happen at least a couple of times every year. The debacle last year was an outlier in terms of score, but at this point, taking a decent FCS seriously is warranted.
  21. ^^^^^ Real reason why every conference has at least one spot for small privates. (though, @Cerebus, didn't they already have Tulsa?)
