  1. Nope, will be too warm to leave it out.
  2. 50-50 We will either beat them or we won't.
  3. Success like that can be fleeting, ask Northern Illinois. The main reason why the (not so) Big 12 hasn't had more playoff reps is that tu and Oklahoma have been down. Baylor got hosed (in part by their conference) and TCU also had a decent chance that year to claim a spot. If either of the red river rivalry teams had been in BU or TCU's position they probably get into the playoff. If Houston can maintain a high level for another year or so (and their recent recruiting suggests they may) in combination with a continued increase in support they could be a good addition, but they could fall off considerably as well.
  4. It will probably a bit later for me too. Saturday is opening day of deer season for bow hunters...lets just say I have plans for the morning.
  5. You confirming the presence of a grill at your tailgate on Saturday? Asking for a friend. (Yes @THOR I'm planning on prepping some various game birds wrapped in bacon)
  6. I'm guessing SL knows all about it.
  7. Wasn't it someplace down in Fort Worth?
  8. How does adding any G5 school help improve perception of a P5 conference?
  9. Good point on Sul Ross. Which reminds me, don't we usually have two exhibition games?
  10. Those pulled pork nachos are awesome.
  11. There have been a few times where a more probing question was asked and SL shut down immediately. One word answers, harsh response, etc... Its usually pretty easy to get a coach to talk about a good player so maybe Vito was looking to keep SL rolling? Maybe Vito was looking for back up to a Muts QB is better than we've had for a decade (except for the glorious DT 2013 season) storyline.
  12. That can be a weird adjustment for someone talking to the media for the first time (especially if it's the same media members and line of questioning). The reporters need the quote to be from the interviewee so they ask a lot of what can sound like dumb questions. When it's friendly media they are just trying to get a decent quote and help set up the interview subject for easier answers.
  13. He's leading the team in tackles and tackles for loss. He is tied for the team lead in sacks. http://www.goutsa.com/cumestats.aspx?path=football eta: You said depth chart, but I figure the stats speak to his impact better.
  14. I hope 3 is a joke, I've been trying to put off adding another dog and AoM is coming to this game...
  15. I'd order one QB per class, every class. We have enough holes/lack of depth throughout the roster that I we need to address where we shouldn't be taking more than one good QB.
  16. To be fair, it was media speculation/predictions that started this conversation...
  17. 90 does well with brats. Which reminds me, @UNT90 are you going to bring your grill Saturday? I've changed my plans for Saturday to go to the game and am down to bring some appetizers...
  18. Probably depends on the deep route. If you slightly under throw a go/fly route the receiver can try to adjust and make a play. If you over throw him there's not much he can do about it...
  19. It's coach speak mixed with some leadership. Like most coach speak it's partially true.
  20. It's her little brother.
  21. Les Miles might also be out at LSU.
  22. 11 point swing in our favor on both offense and defense. Impressive.
  23. Per ESPN Brett McMurphy:
