  1. Every entrance from the concourse area to the seats has an attendant. I've only had someone check my tickets about 3 or 4 times since we started football. There's a slim chance you will have an issue unless you do something to draw attention to yourself. Doesn't hurt to try. (It was included in the quote box)
  2. Even as more people stream it will still lead to smaller revenue since ESPN can't force as many people to pay for it like when it's included in basic cable packages.
  3. No, @Cerebus and I think @All About UNT (though it could have been @TheTastyGreek) have said before this isn't a democracy. The site belongs to @Harry and he has the unenviable job of riding herd on this not always so merry band of green. The mods mostly do a good job. I try to only rarely comment on their job because it can't be easy and there's no way they will please everyone, even if they are fair. I have very few posters on ignore. I find that having someone on ignore can take away from the flow of the conversation. I mostly just keep scrolling if I want to ignore someone.
  4. Well we are playing UTKFC this week...
  5. I know shopping malls have had their trials and tribulations but a location right in front of one and near a couple of major intersections would seem to indicate a lack of traffic isn't the problem.
  6. http://www.meangreensports.com/tickets/mensbasketball.html GA is $75/seat. Cheapest ones where you get your own seat are $150/seat.
  7. Certainly possible, I just think the new timing of the HOD Bowl will suppress attendance.
  8. No, but there are several as bad or worse and they haven't been chased about with the e-pitchfork and e-torch. While I prefer excellent officiating I'll settle with less than that so long as it's fair. When the rules aren't enforced equally I tend to yell at a ref (or two or three).
  9. And yet others continue the same tactics...
  10. That's just two days after Christmas and after what they did last year this Iowa team might lead their fans to not show as much for a "lesser" bowl game. It would be a sure bet that Iowa would bring more than UNLV did, but I'd guess fewer UNT fans than last time would take a bite out of the gains.
  11. I don't know that I've met Jim, but I have met 90 and I'd bet you haven't. Also, 90 used to be very positive. It took a good bit of "stuff" for him to change his views.
  12. Not if it involves a decent chance of us winning...
  13. There was the fumbled snap and that appeared to be solely on Army. Wilson nearly lost a ball and we had another player who I don't recall almost lose a ball too. I'm sure our D played a big role in the turnovers but the weather conditions may have also played a significant role as well.
  14. Pink bloomers.
  15. Are they still giving away free KFC?
  16. Perhaps @97and03 has some respect.
  17. We didn't get anything in the mail, though it's possible they had our old address. The third party was supposed to call every season ticket holder and they did have my wife's cell number correct on file. ETA: You may want to let Tricia know you were not called. I'd imagine the more info she has the better.
  18. The TV guys Saturday said we've now scored more points than we did all of last season.
  19. Yeah, I don't think a sellout is going to happen this season. If Wren (or rather his new hires) can be as effective as we hope and we continue to have this kind of on the field success it could be possible to get a sell out next season.
  20. When at a roadrunners game, do as a roadrunner fan.
  21. It's final, Middle wins 51-45.
  22. Don't you throw nothing at Mr. Jenkins.
