Yeah, WB did say that firing a HC during the season can lead to real problems for the program. It's so good that he kept the monstrous failure around. I mean, can you imagine how many more felonies there would have been without Tony B leading his players?! Kee should have been canned a couple of years ago. The reasons/demons she apparently had at her last stop haven't been corrected.

How was it that UNT is returning a kickoff up 10-0?
-
My impression was that there were fewer fans for each team than two years ago.

Exactly, how many times do we hear about athletes wanting to be on the field playing as a way to feel normal and put aside whatever tough times they are going through?

2 year deal in Frisco for tournament
Army of Dad replied to @UNTSportsFan's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Making the men's tournament should make noise as opposed to the utter silence from us during last year's tournament. -
Why would a poster with the handle @BeatNavy be a Navy fan?

Baker vows to elevate program at caravan stop
Army of Dad replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
I'll disagree with this. Brett does a pretty darn good job, his deep seated hate for Dodge not withstanding. Not related to your post 95, but : "Police are investigating allegations of organized criminal activity, promotion of prostitution and drug use among former members of the men's basketball program before McCasland's arrival." Gee, it's a good thing WB left Benford in place or our guys would have really gotten into trouble! -
How, exactly, has WB "earned" a chance?

Charged for the total, not each actor's "cut".

DRC: Report -- McCasland's buyout has been paid
Army of Dad replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Guys, WB was evaluating the payment and chose to use the entire term to finish his evaluation. -
DRC: Source -- Benford expected to join staff at LSU

I hope he destroys their program. He did it to us here and the Gator fan in me wouldn't mind seeing the tiggers stay way down. -
Still evaluating?

I know that it isn't on anyone's radar...

If it is ever going to apply then it might for a women's team... -
I thought it was the end of April.

There are a couple of others that seem to kind of rotate in. Maybe Maryland, Oklahoma, A&M, and Stanford? I may be off on some of those though since I don't follow WBB close at all. Another factor is that I'm petty sure women get more scholarships per team than men(I think it's 15). A side affect of football having so many 'ships. -
Well, that's about all Benford did so I'll have to take exception with that...

Progressive Football Strategy: The Coach Who Never Punts
Army of Dad replied to Caw Caw's topic in Mean Green Football
In literal terms, no. I'm guessing you didn't watch the video enough to see even this team has punted(8 times in 8 years). perhaps you should contact them and tell them how wrong they were to bill this guy as the coach who never punts? As to the situationally comment, I could see maybe only "never" punting when playing teams in your own conference if you feel you have the talent advantage or "never" punting in between the 40s or maybe the 35s.
