  1. After a terrible bit of shooting we trail 13-5; 15:18. Still struggling down 18-7; 11:10. Reese went back to the locker room but has returned to the bench.
  2. The GA areas are the baselines and upper bowl. The normal visitor section is, I think, reserved seating. You could be ok no matter what you do, but might enjoy being with the majority of the visiting fans.
  3. Oops, I got the wrong bottom feeder school.
  4. And tailgate will be included at no additional charge if tickets are bought through the ticket office.
  5. Yeah, the tweet that "broke the news" said broken ankle, but that was cleared up in the aftermath.
  6. It was a garbage act, but the Caddo kid did not get a broken leg and played the next week. Pingleton was sat down for I think just two games. Classless, disgusting act, but no broken leg/ankle.
  7. The normal visitors section will be behind your team's bench area and to the right of press row (when you get there you'll see). I'd bet you guys will have decent attendance and sadly for us it could be close to 50-50 attendance. @southsideguy pretty much nailed the parking and ticket directions. If you park west of the Pit (in the Fouts Field parking area) there is a crosswalk that is often manned my a UNT PD officer to ease your crossing.
  8. Even less likely to come to pass than what I said. Less draconian, but still along the lines of what you propose is to make a mandatory year sit out for all transfers (including move ins from out of state) regardless of reason. Any appeals go straight to state. That's far more doable than 'no moves allowed after 6th grade...
  9. I'm not sure what UIL could do to clean up basketball transfers that would actually be accepted by most schools. They could pull all transfer decisions up to UIL and have a burden of proof for need to transfer, but that might be a bureaucratic nightmare.
  10. Or WOS, or Gilmer, Guyer, Cibolo Steele, or any other traditionally strong program? Probably too many to actually mention them all...
  11. My company is closed on the 23rd and I scheduled time off on the 27th just in case.
  12. They don't really allow ties in college football anymore... ?
  13. And we still haven't offered?
  14. I don't know
  15. As an added bonus, even if we lose there's a decent chance they will have to vacate the win!
  16. Does the oversized 10 have enough teams if they only get one team in the CFP?
  17. I think @TheTastyGreek addressed this last year. IIRC: Cross makes close to the same we are paying Benford. He's at his alma mater. Why would he leave his alma mater for a job in a slightly better conference for only a little more money where he would have a major rebuilding job on his hands? If/when he leaves it's far more likely he will go to a team in a power league that can afford to money whip him to the new job. I'd certainly be interested in Cross, but I think that ship has sailed.
  18. Shoot, I'm in that picture too. Funny to see it and remember how small my kids were back then. I really miss how much electricity that place could have during games...
  19. That is correct, though he wasn't a transfer.
  20. It's not completely unheard of, two MWC played each other on a bowl game last year. That game wasn't a rematch, IIRC.
  21. I think that's what they said on the radio: free admission to this game.
  22. I really hope that's the standard 'vote of confidence' ADs give coaches before they fire them...
  23. And here is the quoted tweet:
  24. I said 4-5 games. Through 4 home games, we are at 5,781 reported attendance. The DISD game tomorrow might be best attended game all season and will quite easily push us over the 7,105. Probably would do it for a true 'butts in seats' attendance as well.
