  1. He can't take a regular redshirt. They haven't decided if they should apply for a medical, but even if they do they won't hear back from the NCAA until after the season.
  2. So now we have a new pejorative around here and bonus sig line material.
  3. Where is Vito on this!?
  4. I don't think transfers hurt your APR as long as they are on track to graduate and have a minimum GPA.
  5. Now that would make us look small time.
  6. TRANSFERE, it's people!
  7. I have not tried that yet, but you are second person I have heard talk about that recipe so I will have to get around to trying it. This time I just used some canned jalapenos (from my father in law) and some pear. I first tried pear in there with some dove for the FAU tailgate and everyone loved it. next time might be like you described for one batch and water chestnuts in the other. Vocabulary, good to see you on the board and not just lurking.
  8. His previous school is resubmitting some information to the NCAA, it isn't just UNT work that needs to be taken care of before the NCAA rules.
  9. How long before the uniform talk starts? Should her shirt have North Texas on it, what about a shirt with SOW on it and what if she was just wearing helemt stickers etc...
  10. I didn't see that at all. His talent makes it look effortless. After every small miscue (like missing a free throw)he was telling his teammates my bad. You could see he had the nervous energy burning up some of his stamina but he just plays at an entirely different level and speed. My wife usually gets some great pictures and her camera has a continuous shutter feature, but Tony's solo fast break dunk was so fast all you see is a blur of his head and arm going out of the frame. He is so long and athletic that he blocked a shot after he jumped and was almost back down on the floor. I saw a player that cares more than you could know. He payed his own way for a year, dug in and got the grades too. He looks to be on a mission to prove everyone that ever said he will never make it in college wrong. I am damn glad he is in green while on that mission because being on the other side wouldn't be near as much fun. The guys on the team are having fun too, I have never seen them all stand to watch the last possession before halftime when we are comfortably ahead before last night.
  11. It was great meeting everyone that came out for the tailgate. For the rest of you who couldn't make it, don't miss it next time we tailgate a basketball game!
  12. Uh, if there are ten teams and two get byes that leaves eight, which leads to four winning teams leaving no room for the teams with byes. Playoff bracket fail.
  13. Well federal sentences don't have a get out of jail for good behavior clause and he is probably looking at some decent time. More importantly, he isn't talented enough where the league will have to let him back in.
  14. You play to win the game(s) this year
  15. Jusr emailed our RSVP. Should be lots of fun.
  16. Will you or someone else have some space on the grill for bacon wrapped duck? I can't really bring my grill so I will need to piggy back with someone else for a price of course, the duck is free for all.
  17. If this isn't promoted to an article immediately then Tasty should be strung up with Harrys dirty socks.
  18. So have Niko body up the other guy's best post offensive player and let Tony be there to help and swat?
  19. Not just this board, Vito might hang himself.
  20. I was very proud of my son for remembering and calling me to ask about putting the flag out today (it was dark when I left). Oh and kaleb, its only at half mast on a ship, on land it is half staff. /flag code grammer police
  21. Yes, but properly equiped with beverages (beer, Mean Green Cool-Aid, and hot chocolate for the kids) and food... Anyways, if people decide to tailgate that game I would be down for going, and bringing some bacon wrapped duck (and dove if I have any left) to toss on a grill with maybe some brats and burgers.
