Serious question. If the AD doesn't give a f!#% about having a winning program then how can they expect the alumni, city residents, and the mean green nation to care either? It can be argued that none of those groups care (enough) for it to matter, but this program WAS on the rise and fan interest was as well. So the program killer will be brought back to lead(?) us through another mediocre (at best) season before he can be fired. If this season is any indication we can look forward to another crappy home schedule next season to make sure we kick what's left of the fan base right square in the nuts. Brilliant, just f-ing brilliant.

Others have said better than I can that allowing him to handle the next class with 7 'ships is madness. Letting the guy who has not been able to get and keep a single HS recruit on the court handle that many open spots IS an extreme choice.

And I seem to recall him working hard to recruit other players here.

It seems like he does OK with the "non-revenue" sports, so there is hope.

I just hope he doesn't come back, its getting really tough to justify buying season tickets every year.
