  1. Prarie House was at the last game so I don't think they would be back again tonight. Also: https://twitter.com/meangreenops/status/565903839669137408
  2. I know the conference likes doing alternate site men's/women's games on the same date, but why couldn't we just have this game on a different night?
  3. Only one favorite beer? Um, no but any good pale ale will do since you can't find Summit Pale Ale down here. Whats yours?
  4. Not so fast my friend. Arkansas is going to be good, but I don't see them winning the West or a national title...too much firepower and teams with better players in their own division.
  5. Dunk contest scored with the Richter scale?
  6. So they are going to put Trice on a smaller field...may God have mercy on the receivers in that league.
  7. We could always talk about basketball...
  8. Do you wear your seatbelt? Do you hold a handrail while going down a steep flight of stairs? Do you look both ways before crossing the street? I don't see it as living constantly in fear, just another step to be prepared. Odds are I'll never NEED a gun RIGHT DAMN NOW, but should that time come to pass only a gun will do and I hope to have one at hand. We all do many things every day to help us make our way through the world safely. I don't tie my shoes out of constant fear, it's just good sense. I'm not in constant fear of a car wreck, but I wear my seatbelt. I've learned a whole bunch of first aid just in case I need it. Hell, I always carry jumper cables and an air pump in my cars (came in handy after a UNT football game last year when someone had a dead battery). That isn't fear either, just small steps to be ready.
  9. 6? Are we tailgating a basketball game this year?
  10. Yep, I knew it was an F_U...
  11. So more five home game seasons to come? Yes I am kidding...sort of.
  12. Wasn't there something else going on? Maybe something about drunken conduct or am I mixing up Cristobal with someone else?
  13. No fricking way. Beating a "bigger" program is far more likely at home than on the road. Like I've already said having a patsy come in a get kicked around isn't a bad thing, but beating a (more) meaningful should be on the list of goals. That is far more likely to happen in Apogee than anywhere else. So what is your answer? Now, but feel free to answer 2010 too.
  14. That's fine and dandy, but what year are we talking about, 202something. We are not going to schedule anything for a few seasons out (right now). Are you saying you have no confidence we will have a good team 5 years from now?
  15. I would echo adman, but if you want a more detailed answer pm me your email and I would be happy to help.
  16. Nope, there's room in my sports heart for more than one team.
  17. If that day ever came to pass I might have to wear my Gators colors and drink out of a Mean Green coozy while reveling in watching both teams and praying no one gets hurt. No promises, but I would probably end up cheering on every play no matter what happened.
  18. I'll take them off your hands, though not above for value unless it's the Florida Gators.
  19. They also can (and often do) lose to anyone in this league and those on leagues below ours. The troubling thing to me is the number of diehards that just stopped going to games.
  20. Its better than scheduling, RV, Benford ball, Peterson ball, and uniforms threads...
  21. Not sure you have the right profession then...
  22. In before the lock? Question, no info.
