You kind of proved my point. We were associated with those teams (or others like them) for much of the last 20 years. Perception is based on association. Just because you're neighbors with someone doesn't mean you have to hang out with them. If they're shitty neighbors, hang out with the people down the street that don't have a Ford up on cinder blocks in their yard.

I'm not worried about TV money or making P#. That's not happening. Wanting to be grouped with Louisiana-Lafayette and Troy because it make sense geographically is a bad idea. It's Louisiana-Lafayette and Troy for Christ's sake! You know those B1G and BigXII commercials they run touting the academics of their member schools? I don't ever want to see one where they cut from a scene of an NT student being really smart and stuff to one of a Troy student learning how to write his ABCs.

I'd have to check, but my guess is the football team makes up far less than 10% of the student population.

The fact that I got the number of Bowl teams incorrect just proves that next year *nearly* nobody is going to remember that NT was in a Bowl at 5-7 in 2016.

Someone, without looking it up, list for me the 70 teams that played in a Bowl last year. Also, please include their record. Oh, and let me know who won each Bowl.
