My brother bought the one from the bookstore (or Vowrtman's) for my birthday a few years ago. Great quality, hasn't shown any wear in those 3+ years. Not sure of price. Next time I'm at my pc (on phone now), I'll try to post a link to it.

The start of a 4-day Mean Green flag flying streak at my house.

I'm working on something called "Project Badass". I may want your help, because you are totally and completely... Badass.

Covering the top is not an idea I am on board with. The last couple games my wife and I moved to an upper section and were pleased with what we found. With the seats being so tight, we weren't cramped and the view was still exceptional. The lighting did hamper my photo taking though. Nothing wrong with the pep band and atmosphere. My sister- and brother-in-law joined us (thanks ice game) and had a great time. They got a kick out of the band and loved the excitement, even for a "blow out". It was so enjoyable they want to come back next year.

I was in total disagreement with everything you typed, until I read this. I'm so thankful you're here to enlighten me.

I might have done something like this in high school. It might have been retaliation for us being tagged the week prior to the game we won. The spray paint I might have used back then was not permanent. It is a dumb prank though, I will admit now.

FYI: This trick does not work at the doctor's office.

Next year's team may be more talented, but until they put together 80+ wins and an NCAA appearance (or two) in their time at NT, I'm not going to call them better than this group of seniors. Im sure Coach Jones meant something like that and it was lost in hearsay.

CMJ, thanks for the updates. Wasn't able to listen (no portable radio in the home), only check this thread on my phone. You let me paint a nursery for a baby that is coming a lot sooner than expected and still keep up with the Mean Green. I'll hit you up with the +1s when I get back to a computer.

Yes, it's great he's practicing in his free time. I really don't believe he should be studying all day. We all know he is an awesome player, so the story did little for me. I would of rather heard someone ran into him at the library where he was getting his knowledge on. Maybe that he dominated a spur of the moment Jeopardy pick-up game.

This just proves that it doesn't hurt to offer the "out of our league" recruits. Kudos to Coach Jones for offering at some point against Mizzou and Georgetown. It ended up working out for us.
