  1. We don't really mean green?
  2. It is truly a shame that only 15 people will get this.
  3. Next forum allowed = Mean Green Baseball
  4. You were right CMJ, got a sweet black polo with the Education, Sports, Life motto. Worth the wait. How 'bout we all wear these to a specific game this year? Anyone else think this may mean a Sun Belt logo refresh? Especially with news of the portfolio and letterheads being shipped?
  5. I hope the fact that it took until now means multiple companies were involved bidding the price higher.
  6. Guess they didn't like my answers.
  7. Betcha her professors start giving oral exams.
  8. Please don't give this advice to the peoples on this board.
  9. Sorry to bump an old thread. Passed a new one today on 377 in Keller. What makes it noteworthy is that this billboard was TCU Football for much of last year. Glad to see North Texas moving in. Lots of traffic on the road, and the billboards are extremely visible. Awesome buy for the AD. GMG!
  10. The $250 level.
  11. Yes. I too joined the Young Alum program for thy very reason. Glad I asked when I picked my seats. Heck of a deal, and I got better seats than I thought I could have afforded.
  12. Since I am not sure whether you mean geographically or on my person, I will refrain from answering for now.
  13. It clearly states "NFL numbers date back to 1970".
  14. Well, yes and no. A 16 year old in no way has the mental maturity to make the decision as to wear a seltzer belt while driving or not. Guidance from an adult may help, but they may not get the proper advice. So, legislation may protect them. A 9 year old passenger definitely can't make that decision so the law may force a parent to buckle then up. But, a 42 year old is capable of fully understanding the need for wearing a seat belt. I believe the law impacts them in no way. They're going to wear one or not regardless, and I don't care either way. Reducing the possibility that my hypothetical child is hit on accident because of something preventable is a good thing.
  15. Personal responsibility is great, except when other people's lives are at risk. If John Doe is only going to kill himself trying to dial his phone while driving in a school zone, let him. But if he's going to plow over my hypothetical third grade son walking home, I got a problem.
  16. Another on Southbound US-377 at the Flower Mound-Roanoke border.
  17. So what is worse? "Wasting" $2M on a pet project, or not even collecting that same tax money? Texas' SECO has given money for over 40 energy projects. I wouldn't define that as a pet project, seems like the beginning of a long term investment in renewables.
  18. What's worse? $2M grant for a new technology that may be beneficial and will provide valuable research for the future, or a $2M tax break to industries recording record profits? If one is a waste of taxpayer monies, so is the other. And let's not act like coal mining and drilling don't have any negative impacts on the enironment, aren't loud and don't take away valuable wilderness.
  19. Marcus @ 2:00, which is the reason I won't be playing this year.
  20. I'm an Empire man myself, but I like that this is looking like the Rebel Alliance logo: Thanks for the updated pic, Rick.
  21. Until North Texas joins the MWC.
  22. Happy Mother's Day to any moms out there, but especially to my wonderful wife who gave birth to our second son early Friday morning! Go Mean Green, and Go Moms!
