  1. Harry! What are you hiding!? And are you secretly RV?
  2. Hoping the players stay and better themselves, as well as the university. No matter what, I'm putting all my marbles in the basket of Coach Benson. Although he's never been a head coach, he has major skins on the wall, is a proven recruiter, and has the experience under grade A coaches such as Buzz Williams. And by the way, Marquette is no slouch. Like I've said before...players or no player, UNT is on the rise and will reach success.
  3. UTSA...PISS OFF (English accent) (Chef Ramsey)
  4. So the CUSA rumor seems to be taken down? I like the looks of this!
  5. Okay, let me rephrase that. I think it is a perfect time to schedule a DFW tourney at the American Airlines center including UTA,UNT, TCU, and SMU.
  6. I don't know why those guys are such condescending a-holes. Seriously worse than LA Tech fans. I wish their asses would schedule us so we could put them in their place.
  7. Best of luck to all of them. But....Go Mean Green!
  8. It is not an irrational fear. It would really suck if some of the key players left, but it is what it is. We will find success one way or another.
  9. If it weren't for twitter, we wouldn't have half of these pointless threads. Gives us something to waste our time on. Who needs a family when you have a twamily?
  10. That sounds great. Love Brian Waters and I usually watch Mike Doocy over the other ones...especially Dale Hansen
  11. I'd just like to know if we have been evaluated. I know they came by earlier, but it was kind of secretive.
  12. I think he is spot on...I'd love the helmet displayed by PlummMeanGreen
  13. lol God I hate this thread.
  14. God Bless UNT and 1310 The Ticket.
  15. Saying that we are better without CJ and JW is laughable. Thinking about next season, with or without Mitchell (hopefully with), gets me pretty excited. Chris Jones, Jordan Williams, Roger Franklin, Jacob Holmen, Alzee Williams, Tony Mitchell, Justin Patton, and then hopefully a more developed Norris/other players = Great Things for next season.
  16. Well, if that's the case I would miss the guy and he has done A LOT for us, but it would only help us in trying to get into conference usa.
  17. But you are right...Alzee has been a hell of a player for us this season. Honestly, thinking about it from last year, I did not see it coming.
  18. If Tony Mitchell stays...thinking about next season gives me goose bumps.
  19. God I hate when "Socialism" is thrown into the conversation. If Obama is a Socialist, then Reagan was a Fascist. Of course, we both know that is ridiculous. Buzzwords are useless and presidents get way to much credit (or discredit) for what they actually do and the power they hold. I really think if we want to bash people it should be the "great" congressmen/women that do very little, unless it's election time.
  20. wow, what a coach.
  21. In 20 to 30 years, this thread will be interesting to read as I am pretty sure it will be legal and regulated.
  22. Yawn. What is the point of this post? I hope you don't drink or like rock and roll music. Wouldn't want to call you a hypocrite.
  23. I think ODU and VCU would be great non-football members. I wouldn't be opposed to adding Charlotte either, once they get their football in gear.
  24. Haha yeah, you are right. I mean I'd love to actually have some rivals. We do have quite a bit of history with Texas State and I wouldn't mind a "Battle of the Birds" game with UTSA. Plus, those road trips would be great. I guess it would be a no lose situation to try and get them into the Sun Belt. If we get into the Alliance, great, if we get passed over, then bring on some Central/South Texas rivalries.
