dude I get it. But should Lance come in as the RB coach after the Cowboys part ways with him? If they haven't coached then they don't need to be handed a position coaching job right out of the NFL. WOULD LOVE to have Orr involved with the team but we have no idea if he wants to be a coach yet. There aren't "many" who think he should skip the GA process or even a QC job.... there are a few on a fanboard of his alma mater who are overly homer at the moment.

this position won't pay much so this is the right decision and way to go. Find a passionate fan/student and let them be involved. No good graphic designer worth their salt in the business world is going to do this for what they are willing to pay. Great move to get someone on-board though. There will be plenty of people that jump at this but in the case that their isn't they can then open the belt a little bit and revamp the requirements.

don't think he has very many ties with the school or program at this point. I would love to have him around more for sure.... just don't think throwing him in at OL is the right move with no prior exp.

Come see us after you have been a fan for 10+ yrs and watched recruiting class after recruiting class get explained to us "group of guys" that we should accept them as the right players for their system. You weren't even in junior high when I first heard that explanation as to why our class was subpar in rankings.. It ISN'T a coincidence that the best team in decade and ONLY team to go over .500 was composed of players from our best class in the last 10 yrs.
