Yeah we anxiously await every new episode and this season hasn't fallen off one bit. To me it doesn't get any better than Righteous Gemstones and The Boys right now.

His gameplay reminds me a lot of Guyton. You will notice that we were the first team to offer him in Texas and he literally just picked up a TCU offer. This is a big time get by the coaching staff and for being able to hang on to him with two Big 12 teams offering of late.

Thor is not a craft beer guy so I feel like he should preface by saying that.

Out of all the potential destinations he was going to go to I'm glad that he picked Kansas State. They really came on late this year and he stands the best chance of advancing far into the tournament next year with this team.

Well yeah because we can't afford 50k a player to stay put. Even the scrubs at SMU are making 40k. Sat next to a guy at a game in Denton last year who came to see his HS player (he was a coach) playing for SMU and said that the player claimed every athlete at SMU was making at least 40k a year.

I don't know how much Josh actually loves North Texas. Matter of fact I remember after he graduated we had an away game at LSU and he showed up wearing yellow and purple.

Obviously winning will keep the students coming back. Of course more recognizable names of schools that are in the AAC will also help. This pounding the pavement though by the players is really instrumental in creating a connection between your average UNT student and a sports team. Now they've met someone who's going to be on the field and someone they probably want to root on on a personal level. I agree that I would love to see more interaction like this.
