Just wanted to clarify that the Taylor is a frigate..... Vella Gulf is the Aegis Cruiser. Frigates are a piece of crap with very limited weapon systems (I was on one for 6 months) but the Vella Gulf (had a girlfriend on that ship) is a different story with the capacity of over 100+ various missiles. This is actually increasing our presence rather than maintaining existing naval presence. The frigate class is merely a "show the flag" type of vessel while the destroyers and cruisers pack far more of a punch.
