Up first is a 10 a.m. game against Northwestern out of the Big 10 conference. The Wildcats are 5-9, but don’t let that fool you as 4 of those 9 losses came against ranked teams. They also have one win over 5th ranked Florida State. So this is going to be a good matchup this morning in Norman. Then we play Abilene Christian this afternoon. Followed by three games against the 3rd ranked Sooners on Saturday and Sunday. A tough weekend for sure but we could certainly propel ourselves into the top 25 if we take care of business.. Rick

And I love reading that Coach DeLong also thinks that due to our close proximity to such a wealth of talent North Texas could become a powerhouse similar to ULL.
