We had several places that said their policy was not to hang the posters, but when they looked at our players, they said "go ahead and put it up". I'm pretty sure if it was just me they would not have allowed this. We specifially hit high-traffic businesses and those with marquees. Most of the marquee business said that they would work with us to place gameweek messages, etc. We shall see. We had about 40 volunteers and 40 footballers. We hit over 450 businesses.

How does one pronounce Meager's last name? Is it pronounced "Mar", like in the planet Mars? Just wondering. Had a local QB here once with a similar name, except his had an "h". He went on to play at Navy.

Doesn't FAU get coverage by the Sunshine Network. Could all of these FAU games just be feeds from Sunshine?

We lost tonight by 11, but were down by 21 with about 14 minutes left. We cut it to 8 with about a minute left, but TTU shot lights out. One girl hit 5 treys, and they had a big 6'5" girl that kept us from scoring inside, and got us into foul trouble. We still played decent (in the 2nd half). Maybe next year........

Yeah, but our girls are pretty tough. Remember, we beat North Carolina last year and have only lost one major player. That said, ya'll deserved to win the game against MT. I thought your ladies played well.

Congrats! MT beat USA on the road tonight 72-63. So we both helped each other.

We won on Tuesday, but not easily. Davis looks like the team's best player, but he only logged maybe 23 minutes. This same team (Global Sports) defeated Southern Miss on Wednesday and defeated LSU on Thursday. Global Sports is a traveliing team that consists of professional players playing overseas, etc. Team includes starters from last year's Ole Miss and Memphis teams, and 7'2" former NBA center Lorenzo Coleman, who has to weigh at least 350.
