I like your style kid. You've got moxie. You're attempting to preach patience to a fanbase that has put up with year upon year of losing. Eventually the losing does tire some. You just want a dose of potential realized. Is that really asking all that much? We all long for the dream not to be just that. We're all ready for the next step to be now..........finally! GMG

Whoever wins the job will be our quarterback. I will support the decision of our coaches. They know more than our fanbase about who can advance our teams chance for success. I believe qb could be a position of depth with Thompson, Berglund and the incoming recruit whose name escapes my grasp. I still believe good things are on the horizon. GMG

I think that is a bit rough. He has taken on two reclamation projects in Iowa State and North Texas. It is yet to be seen here. We will be able to tell over the next two years. He had some success as well as failure at Iowa State. I think he has made improvements here. Get in a full class and we will be able to fully judge his success or not. Once again patience is needed. I do agree that today should have been a win, though. GMG

Do we not have an unusually low number of recruits committed at this time? Seems we generally are a little further along at this time. It has been very quite lately. Wish we had a few more defensive recruits on board as well. Your thoughts? GMG

I think Thompson has proven to be capable given the circumstances. Whether he starts or not, it will be nice to have him on the roster as a qb with experience. GMG

I believe we will get the talent in starting next year at the wr position. I think the talent is waiting in the wings via players coming back, transfers and those that have been redshirted. I believe we will have the numbers next year to have a formidable bunch. Going to need a bit more patience though folks. I hate saying that, but it is true. GMG

I am asking because I really don't know. Do you think UNT has a go to guy on offense that can score in the flow? I realize Mitchell is a great all around player, but I am not sure he is pure scorer they can rely on to score night in and night out. Do you think this is something we lack, or do we have someone who can fill the role? Is this something that will occur by committee? I really don't know, as I don't see enough of the team to know.
