I am not concerned about our inside game. If Oduwfwa and Trammiel and others display any ability to score with their back to the basket, we will be ok. Even in the years we had Williams and Wooden, it is not like they were all world. You only need to be a threat to help space the floor. I mean in their best years one of them averaged close to ten points a game. GMG

Am I the only one who thinks this may be his breakout year? You sure don't hear alot of information about this guy. He could be a key ingredient to our success. He could be a glue guy who does a bit of everything. Tell me what you think? GMG

You see something that maybe was not very pretty. I see first steps in the right direction. You have to crawl before you walk. This will be a program that takes the needed steps to get where it needs to go. It will come with a little pain along the way to getting there. Through pain comes great character, though. GMG

Do not underestimate the ability to play sooner for recruits like Old Timer mentioned. That will play in heavily to many decisions.

They are not saying that they are 0-8 because of the drug use. It's possible it's more on the personal level. Perhaps he actually does care for his players welfare. Stop reading into it too much.

Just think what would have happened had the Cowboys not given Landry more time to right the ship? I'm not comparing Landry to Dodge mind you, I just happen to think Dodge has recruited well his first two years. I believe the upside on this thing will bring great results. Georgio threw out a quote about Dickey's players that very few of his players are playing significant minutes. They are very young. The cupboard was very bare when he came. We could learn a thing about patience that our parents knew. We are in a fast food world, but sometimes lessons learned from the past can fare us well in the future. GMG

Again I preach patience. The wheels are off the bus. You must learn patience, though. The wheels have been off the bus for some time. You have to give a coach at least 4 years. Anything less is just not right. GMG

I still believe in Dodge and the long term plan. I will not jump ship when times get tough. We have him under contract for a few more years, and I will give him that much time. It's very painful, but I believe that the end result will be heights we have not seen here in some time.
