Oddly enough I am not upset with the defense that much, they were put in bad situations all day by the special teams.... Taht is wehre our problems are, well atleast kick ofss, not so much on extra point blocking

I for one am very happy that he red shirted! He is a fantastic athlete adn hopefully he can help us to win some games when he comes in.

QB? Granted I wasn't there or able to see the game last night but what is wrong with Vizza? Do you think it ishim or do you think that the guys just in a system that doesn't help his QB? Either way what was it that we saw last year that isn't here this year? Personally I love the guy's tenacity and power, he plays like every play is going to be his last and for that reason I love watching him

he gets this season to at leastmake it look like there is something to lok forward to next season. Last season we looked better than this... If by the end of this season we don't have any more self respect as a football program than we do this morning, Dodge nees to be gone. Thats hard to say for me because i loved this hire, and I stil think it is possible to work... but right now, I just don't think it is in the cards....

you are right the players didn't give up, but if the players did not give up then where does the blame fall.. It is like they are being sent into battle with b b guns and expected to compete... I dont' get it. We have alot of pride on this team Vizza is awesome and Fitz's run after the catch where he backed up juke and gained 30 yds was unbelievable. I isn't that the stabel is completely dry of talent. But for some reason this talent is not getting the oportunities that they need to compete.... So if it isn't the players fault because we all know that they didn't give up, where does the blame go?

I have to say i agree. If this stadium doesn't pass then I think that UNT Footbal will go the way of the DODO, we are pathetic in every facet of the game. We have good talented players but the game just sucks.... What happened to the offense that we had last year? What happened to DeLoach giving this defense swomething to play with, like a scheme? What happened to showing up for the game? I know that it takes time to rebuild but honestly there are only two things that can save UNT football from extinction right now and they are passing the stadium, which wtih this team may not happen, or somehow getting our heads out of our asses up at fouts and winning a game or two this season. You knwo what maybe the idea of winning is to much, maybe just being competitive for once. if that happens i might be able to continue watching past the first half...

Just out of curiosity does this referendum as worded mean that in the future we will never be able to raise the athletic fee again, say 20 years when again it is not enough? Stupid inflation
