  1. Vegas is good; UGA 49 NT 17
  2. I would think Mean Green fans agree with this. It was evident that LSU's offense in 2012 was nothing to write home about. Uga's offense with Murray and Gurley in particular is pretty good. The only advantage we have is that Mike Bobo is still calling plays at UGA! :-)
  3. How about Sand Volleyball in the Outfield berm seating area of the baseball stadium? Like the minor league stadiums often have?
  4. Anything to slow down that SEC speed that's all over that UGA roster!
  5. Here's the comparative Depth Charts: http://grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools/geo/sports/m-footbl/auto_pdf/2013-14/depth_chart_event/depth_chart.pdf
  6. If Tulsa is out of things (3-8, 2-9 or something) by Nov 30 I wouldn't bank on that game being a loss. If they are in the hunt, that could be a fun one. Just win baby.
  7. 3 is a good WR who could probably play on your team. Other than that not much SEC talent on offense to write about. We rotate 3 RB's who are all bigger bruiser types, but your defense will probably make them look like they're running in quick sand.
  8. It's up to you to bring your own.
  9. Agree! And the storyline if the opponent was indeed Iowa
  10. Wins: Tulane, La Tech, So Miss, UTEP, Tulsa Maybe / Swing Games: MTSU, UTSA Tough: UGA, Rice It's anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3. Book it.
  11. You do a great job. Loved the formation breakdown last week against Ohio. I would be curious to see after this week; our tendencies and % run to pass by down and distance. Lets hope we can contain Ball State enough to squeak out a victory
  12. Agree on this. La Tech lost too many weapons from an excellent squad a year ago. The perplexing group is Tulsa with the offensive talent returning for the most part. Are they a team that looks bad now and is pretty good at the end of the year? Or does the train derail off the tracks? Rice looks really good so far...anxious to see what they do with Kansas this week
  13. Whoever does these reports does an outstanding job and clearly devotes a lot of time to studying the opponents. Excellent, honest breakdowns. Nice work!
  14. Mac says he's not ready to play and they (obviously) did not intend to redshirt him when they recruited him (remember they put the heat on him to lure away from Kansas State). My translation or rationale for that is they want Marcus Smith and Loving to be the guys next year since Miller and Prior will be gone. It sounds like Mac is gaining confidence in Marcus Smith whom is certainly an intriguing player and probably the best athlete of the TE bunch.
  15. It doesn't appear that any of the 3 mentioned backs were quick enough on Saturday to get to the edge (minus one time Byrd did early when 64 had a blatant hold on the Ohio DE) and Ohio was flying to the football on defense. Maybe Rollins or Lewis would provide a good change of pace?
  16. Scroll down on the right side under "Brad Edwards" and you'll see North Texas in a New Years Day bowl game
  17. Excellent breakdown TFLF. Count UGA as a loss, Rice as a loss, split the 50-50 games, and win the ones that you're supposed to and you're looking at a nice season. 8-4 or 7-5.
  18. Exactly. The three and outs following defensive stops were the difference in the game. Not even getting a first down and putting a tired defense back on the field was what did us in. The good news is the team displayed great resiliency to get back into the ballgame and have a chance to win; now it's time to get over that hump!
  19. ESPN Week 2 Bowl Projections This would be a lot of fun!
  20. North Texas 31 Ohio 24 Good football game. Huge win on the road to go 2-0!
  21. Exactly...who says we can't get the 6th, 7th, 8th....+ years of eligibility at North Texas?!?
  22. Thought that Baylor got hot on DW close to signing day?
  23. Man Louisville did look some kind of good. Athletes everywhere. This will be a good game...hope these seniors can lead us to back to back victories and a road win!
