Love it, this kid is young and has only played football for 2 seasons. He will likely develop into a difference maker who is ready to play after our portal guys go onto the NFL.

Something to do with being cleared in order to have the procedure. Read into that as you may, but that's likely something that the orthopedic staff doesn't like so they won't operate on his leg until it is fixed.

Mose has used his eligibility (unfortunately), and Cole Brown is still pending knee surgery from the injury suffered at UTSA in the regular season game.

Bill and Seth are very close (essentially family).

Cooper's experience working with Heupel for several years at Utah State, Mizzou, and UCF and most recent tutelage under Bill Bedenbaugh is absolutely huge. Bill is arguably the best offensive line coach and developer of line talent in a spread offense in the country.

This is typical Saban style. He added another layer to the Special Teams equation with the addition of Hutzler. Coach Svoboda was still responsible for the weekly ST game plans for Alabama. This is an awesome hire for Morris and UNT!

This likely has to do with the official employee "onboarding" process with the University (being closed during the holidays, etc.).

These operational areas do need to be expanded and renovated for our coaches, players, and staff. Hence the Athletics Center expansion plan. Have a feeling that we will hear a lot about this in early 2023.

Look at how poorly Rolovich and co. had recruited OL. This certainly impacted play calling and style this season in the Wazzu offense.

Joel Filani should be a top candidate to come with Morris. Cobbs, Mayes, and Clements could all be retained, especially to assist with the run game side.

Bloesch has been an awesome offensive line coach, and extremely beneficial for our run game and pass protection. What went into the additional OC job title were MAJOR P5 programs wanting to hire him away for 2X - 3X his pay at UNT. So UNT adds a title of OC to him, and raises his pay for retention. Hopefully we are able to retain him for another year, and continue to develop a group of young and talented offensive linemen.

This will definitely be a factor in head to head recruiting against SMU.

Clements has been around since fall camp

Absolutely Emmitt. Thankful they don’t be in Dallas anymore. We do need to lookout for them to come after our better young players via the Portal though. Guys like Gabe Blair and Rod Brown, etc.
