1978 vs 1988. Fry vs Corky. Jordan Case vs Scott Davis. Both teams had 3rd Round Draft choices. 1988 beat Tech and beat Texas except for the score. The highlights from that phantom UT touchdown dominated sportscasts in DFW for days. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=unt++vs+ut+football+1988&docid=608007767786392715&mid=28C738C8CC04E1E98DDD28C738C8CC04E1E98DDD&view=detail&FORM=VIRE https://meangreensports.com/news/2020/4/30/football-best-team-ever-2-1978-vs-3-1988.aspx

If they play they may have their highest television ratings ever. Fans are desperate for any sport especially football. -
NCAA Will Not Relax Minimum Sport Requirement For D1

I think for ULM admission standards are very low. https://www.prepscholar.com/sat/s/colleges/University-of-Louisiana-at-Monroe-SAT-scores-GPA -
It seems that the win over Oregon State at home in Sept. of 1995 is forgotten. It was a 4th quarter come from behind win (30-27) that far to few witnessed as most of those in attendance had already left Fouts. That was a P5 win right after we had just reentered FBS. The schedule that season was brutal (Alabama, LSU, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisville, etc.).

No reason for Tulsa to leave AAC if they keep FBS football. I would think if their financial problems force them to make a choice they would drop football and some Olympic sports and go all in for basketball and the MVC.
-
Reading the AAC board they seem more likely to throw out Tulsa. Tulsa has been in the red (that is the University not just athletics) for the last 7 years, Despite their endowment of over 1 Billion they are not in good financial shape. https://www.tulsaworld.com/news/local/tulsa-world-editorial-as-president-gerard-clancy-leaves-the-university/article_af41b02c-6408-5985-a8ca-c8c942cc257c.html

1983 vs 2002. I saw both teams. 2002 gets my vote. https://meangreensports.com/news/2020/4/28/football-best-team-ever-1-2002-vs-4-1983.aspx

They signed 3 Edge players so the position will be highly contested. I think he can make it though.

Is the sign in a cafeteria? If so I pick A.

While this debate rages please remember we are still in flu season and I am sure the lockdown has reduced the numbers as well. So far up to 740,000 hospitalizations and up to 62,000 deaths. There is still time to get your vaccine if you have not done so. Last flu season my niece and her son acquired the flu in July. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/preliminary-in-season-estimates.htm

I would like to see that uniform in color. It doesn’t resemble any uniform I have seen used at UNT. The bust is amazing and honors Abner very well.

1951 vs 1959 Hopefully someone on the board was here in 1959 and can give some insight. 1951 had Ray Renfro (a 12 year NFL career) 1959 Abner Haynes https://meangreensports.com/news/2020/4/23/football-best-team-ever-2-1951-vs-3-1957.aspx
