McCasland left after winning the NIT. Unless he thinks he has maxed out on what he can accomplish here I think Hodge would wait until, at a minimum, getting us into the NCAA tournament and preferably winning at least one game. I think that like McCasland he would wait for the right job.

We were in the AAC last year and the league qualified 2 teams (UAB and FAU). Unfortunately, last year neither team advanced beyond the first round. No matter what happens this year we are in far better shape than the Southland, Sun Belt, or CUSA.

Next year we play at Oregon State based on a home-home agreement. We need more of these with PAC12 and MWC schools. That game should be an opportunity for a quad one win next year.
