I really thought the team looked great. Meager looked like a differnt QB, he has alot of work still but I think in the end he could be really good. Woody looked great as well, if the guy could be more accurate with the pass hed be my pick. I say that because when he gets the chance to run he can fly none of the others can do that. Phillups and Tune both looked pretty sorry to me (Tune especially). Fitzgerald blew me away and I think hes going to be amajor contributer next year. Fentriss also looked great to bad he cant play next year. It looked great Ive never been this excited about UNT football!!! I forget there names but one of the defensive ends and cornerbacks looked awsome.

Chatman is in one of my classes......grades. I overheard him in the hallway talking about how he was worried he might fail.

I felt one improvement was the shotgun snap. At the last scrimmage the snaps were all over the place the majority today were either perfect or a little low. Meager and Tune definitely have also improved. Woody Wilson had a nice run, the guy can fly if given some space. If Woody Wilson could throw better there is no doubt he would start. Although Meager still needs work I feel he looked the most consistent. The amount of improvement Meager has made since the last scrimmage leads me to believe that by the start of next season he will be ready. Tune was kind of a hit or miss, he would throw a nice pass then an interception the next trow. The defensive line looked great and I'm really excited to see how they do next year. Jamario also looked improved today (he had a couple of nice runs).

I was on facebook earlier and saw a friend joined the "Spring Game" event. I checked it out and there is already like 140 people that said they are going. Isaac Thomas is the one that made the event on facebook. Additionally, I became curious so I looked at Isaac Thomas's facebook profile. Deavin Cox had made a comment on it, what was interesting was that Deavin Cox's profile picture was the rendered Green UA jersey from one of the UA threads....... leads me to believe MR. Cox is on the boards....

any comments on practice?

I heard Auburn (the tigers) had an eagle/hawk that flew around the entire stadium when something good happens at the games. Why cant we do that? They are the tigers and we are the eagles.....

I know I said the line was the biggest issue but what I meant was the OT's and the center in particular. Nearly every defensive player that was in the backfield came from the outside. Matt Tomlinson is huge and I personally think he has alot of potential. I'm not sure which center I was watching at the scrimmage but the shotgun did not appear to be his forte. All four Qb's got several horrible snaps. Although JJ Johnson will be young and needs a little bulking up he has been playing the shotgun his entire football career (I think I read that somewhere) and I feel he has a VERY good chance at starting next year. I feel more comfortable with a center that has a little bulking up to do and has no college experience that can atleast snap the ball well then one that does have the experience but cant produce. This Offense requires a strong and consistant shotgun snapper and thats what I fell JJ is. The same goes for Matt Tomlinson, I dont know how good he is but if he can atleast hack it with our current guys I prefer him to play because it will only make him better and give him more experience for future seasons.

funny or not, it is veterans day weekend. One person getting mad about it can blow things way out of proportion. WE DO NOT NEED THE BAD PUBLICITY!!

I am 5'11" Brown eyes, Brown hair, and I love long walks on the beach....(just kidding). I have never played in a Gmg bowl but i am looking forward to it. I am no speed daemon but I'm not slow either. I can catch and I consider myself pretty athletic. The last time I actually played football with a school team was in middle school but i started offense and defense!!!!!! I am twenty years old and I am currently a student at UNT!! (I wear a large size t-shirt)
