  1. My sentiments to a 'T'!! It's only a matter of time before Texas State applies for FBS Membership, and passes us by...like SMU has. Personally, Dodge better win at least six Games in Conference in '10. If not, this was a waste of time and money in bringing him back. And even more embarrassment to the University and their Alumni!
  2. Unfreakingbelievable! It's amazing that RV can even stand-up straight by not having a spine to hold up the girth of his waistline! Not one Assistant Coach gone? I guess two Wins is IMPROVEMENT according to RV?!! I just can't wait to NOT make my yearly Donation to the Athletic Department now!!!
  3. That about sums it up.
  4. Yes, but Ball State doesn't come to Denton until 2013.
  5. Amen!...my Harris County bretheren. Anyone care to see what U of H has done WITHOUT a New Stadium?
  6. We're the laughing stock of Texas Collegiate Football anyways...with the possible exception of Texas College. So, how much lower can we go with another year of the 'Offensive Genius'?
  7. I am just giddy as can be to know in the latest Sagarin Ratings that, Stephen F. Austin, Texas State, and Prairie View A&M are ranked higher than the Green! These are ALL FCS/Divison 1-AA Schools that even though they are playing in a lower-level, are WINNING!! How long will it be before we wave 'bye-bye' to Texas State? I mean, you can't beat that!! And, apparently Dodge doesn't care to either! Was the Sun Belt REALLY that tough this past Season not to get another 2-3 Victories in Conference?
  8. +1
  9. So, if it's fine with George and Hank...it's fine with all the Alumni I guess?! BS, total BS!
  10. + inifinity
  11. Just another way of Dodge screwing us, or saying 'Good Bye'.
  12. I mean, how many FBS Coaches have twenty Conference Losses in their first three Seasons? That's worth an extension!!
  13. So, basically their 2nd and 3rd stringers are kicking our 1st stringers' arse... Looks like Dodge gets #20 in the SBC today, and it's still in the 1st Qtr.
  14. I have to agree in total on this one. I lost my House the September before last due to Hurricane Ike, and until you've gone through a loss and devastation (not like Katrina, but close) like this, it puts things in perspective. Granted, I have moved on, and still donated to my Alma Mater's Athletic Department. But after this Football Season, I don't know if I can fully conceive in donating to a program that has as inept a Head Coach as Todd Dodge. I mean, is the Sun Belt that hard of a Conference? Apparently to Dodge it is, and his TWO SBC Wins in almost three Seasons states it all!
  15. I third the vote for R.E.M. Heck, they can throw the B-52's out there as well...but I'd hate to see what Kate Pierson's face looks like now.
  16. I still think 'ya have to throw Port Arthur Memorial in there, since Dodge's beloved Alma Mater, PA Jefferson is no more. That, or Newman-Smith, Cameron-Yoe, and Fossil Ridge. Talons up on the Post though!
  17. This is relatively calm to what I've seen (and posted) on other boards. Not to mention, I don't see other Schools paying $180k per win for their Head Coach.
  18. Exactly! But apparently they can't do that up there at NT, in this 'Don't be a hater, World!'
  19. Point well taken.
  20. Not to mention, Dodge FULLY expected to win these last three Games of the Season, from what he's said through the media outlets. The thing is, his ineptness in coaching got in the way...again! I mean, TWO Timeouts on one play?! And a delay of the game Penalty after a Timeout earlier? These kind of things happen EARLY in the Season, not the next to the last Game of the Season! So, it is totally on the coaching, and where does that lead to....the Head Coach!
  21. Couldn't have stated it any better!
